Abstract:
In a cutting die having a cutting chip, applied to a punch press, and cutting a work in collaboration with a cutting punch, a resistance member for guiding swarf generated during cutting of the work through the cutting chip and dividing it by giving resistance to it is provided around a scrap discharge hole so that the divided swarf does not remain in the scrap discharge hole but is discharged to an outside so as to prevent clogging by scrap.
Abstract:
In the machining of a stationary workpiece by means of a rotating tool head, the risk of damages to the workpiece by the chips can be minimized and the removal of the chips can be simplified if a chip collector and a stationary nozzle for fluid are respectively provided.
Abstract:
A machine tool has a cover comprising a front cover and right and left side covers and includes a first slope part between the front cover and a table on which a workpiece is placed. The first slope part has slopes gradually declining from the center of the front cover toward left and right side covers. Further, the machine tool has also a second slope part that is connected to the left and right lower ends of the first slope part and has slopes declining rearward relative to the machine tool from the side of the front cover. If chips produced by machining are deposited on the surface of the first slope part, they are discharged onto the second slope part and into a contaminated fluid tank by a cutting fluid supplied from a nozzle.
Abstract:
A machine tool includes a table, a saddle, and first and second telescopic covers respectively disposed on two side surfaces of the table or the saddle. The two side surfaces are opposite each other along the direction of travel of the table or the saddle. Upper surfaces of the first and second telescopic covers are inclined in opposite directions perpendicular to the direction of travel of the table or the saddle.
Abstract:
A processing machine system includes a processing machine having a machining table, a robot that removes chips produced from processing of the work, a chip collecting hand attached to a distal end portion of the robot to collect the chips, and a robot control unit. The robot control unit acquires a deposition amount of the chips deposited on the machining table, decides whether it is necessary to collect the chips on the basis of the acquired deposition amount. When the chip collection is necessary, the robot control unit operates the robot so as to collect the chips with the chip collecting hand, after the processing is finished.
Abstract:
A machine tool has a cover structure adapted for the discharge of chips. The cover is composed of a front cover, left and right side covers, and a bottom part. The bottom part is connected to a bed through the respective lower ends of the front cover and the side covers. Further, at least a part of the bottom part includes a slope gradually inclining from the side connected to the bed toward the outer periphery. Even if the chips produced during machining adhere to members inside the cover, they are washed away by a cutting fluid and discharged into a cutting fluid supply device through a channel located farthest from the central portion of the machine tool.
Abstract:
According to the machine tool according to the present invention, a top-bottom guide is attached to a back surface of a base frame. By being guided by this top-bottom guide, the lifter moves in the top-bottom direction with respect to the base frame. A drive source which drives rotation of a top-bottom feed screw which extends parallel to the top-bottom guide is attached to a back surface of the base frame. This drive source is coupled with a bottom end of the top-bottom feed screw. As a result, compared to when the drive source is coupled with a top end of the top-bottom feed screw, the center of gravity of the machine tool can be set to a lower position. In this way, a machine tool can be increased in stability.
Abstract:
A dust collection hood of an electric hand tool includes a hollow transparent hood body, with a flexible external wall, an end coupled to a hollow socket, a snap portions protruded from an internal wall of the socket and corresponding to a fixing end of the electric hand tool, such that the socket can be snapped to the fixing end of the electric hand tool, and an isolation portion formed at the middle of the hood body and having a through hole formed at the middle of the isolation portion for passing a drill bit of the electric hand tool, and the dust collection hood is provided for collecting dust, while isolating the dust from an actuating end of the electric hand tool, so as to prevent the dust from entering into the actuating end and preventing the dust from flying around in the air.
Abstract:
A machine tool for machining workpieces, comprising a dimensionally rigid machine base, a traveling stand that can be moved on the machine base, a machining unit that is mounted movably on the traveling stand and has at least one cutting tool and a supporting structure provided on the front longitudinal side of the machine base for fastening at least one workpiece. The supporting structure has a dimensionally stable frame, the longitudinal members of which arranged at a transverse distance delimit a clear space for the chip clearance, and wherein different workpiece carriers can be mounted at or on the frame.
Abstract:
A machine tool, wherein the front face of a base of the machine tool is formed in a single plane and a jig for fixing a workpiece to be machined with a tool is installed extending forwardly from a vertical intermediate front part of the base that defines an area between right and left lateral end front parts of the base having the vertical overall length portions or the vertical roughly overall length portions at right and left end parts of the front face formed in the single plane is formed detachably from the other portions of the base. The jig for fixing the work machined with the tool may be installed in the state of being extended from the vertical intermediate position of the front face in a forward direction.
