    摘要: A connecting device rotatably joins a protective plate to a bellows that covers the guide of an automatic machine, machine tool or robot. The plate is one of a plurality of partially overlapping protective plates that slide and turn relative to each other as the bellows is extended and compressed. The connecting device includes a pushing element designed to extend freely through an aperture made in the respective plate and to come into contact with an outside face of the plate itself; a joining element which can be stably connected to the bellows at a respective transversal fold line and which is designed to come into contact with an inside face of the respective plate so as to rotatably support the plate in removable, pivot-like fashion when the plate is pushed by the pushing element; and a pair of helical springs forming a single component with the pushing element and stably connected to the joining element.

    摘要: This invention relates to a suspension apparatus for control devices which can be assembled from a connection flange or connection rotary joint, support beam sections, elbow joints, or intermediate joints which can be connected with a wall or the body of a machine, and a coupling unit which can be connected to the control device. The support beam section comprises an essentially U-shaped base profile section and a cover profile section closing the same. The base profile section is divided, by means of a separating bar parallel to its crossbar, into a support part constructed as a closed hollow profile and an open U-shaped mounting part opposed to the bar. The connection bars, which proceed in a longitudinal direction in the support part and in the mounting part, are integrally formed with screw mountings. The intermediate joint comprises two joint parts which can be bolted directly to the front sides of the base profile section acting on one another, without impairing the positioning of the connection lines and the guiding of the same with the intermediate joint.

    摘要: An attaching device for a bellows type dust cover of a linear guide apparatus includes a plate-shape main body and a bellows attaching plate portion integral with the plate-shape main body. The plate-shape main body has fitting plate portions which are formed by bending lower edge portions of both lateral side plate portions respectively inwardly at right angles so that both the fitting plate portions horizontally oppose each other. The fitting plate portions are respectively fitted into ball rolling grooves formed in both lateral sides of a guide rail, or into retainer relief grooves formed in groove bottoms of the ball rolling grooves. Thus, the plate-shape main body straddles an upper surface of the guide rail and sandwiches both lateral sides of the guide rail so that it is securely held to the guide rail. The bellows attaching plate portion is provided at one axial end of the plate-shape main body perpendicularly to the upper surface of the plate-shape main body. The bellows attaching plate portion has screw holes. A bellows which covers the guide rail has one end fixed to the bellows attaching plate portion by screws and the other end fixed to a slider.

    摘要: Elastic or flexible protective bellows of a homokinetic transmission joint for a motor vehicle wheel, connected in a sealed manner to a bowl element 2 of the joint, comprising, when mounted on the joint, an active part constituted by two coaxial spherical segments 3, 4, one of which is outside the other, interconnected by a curved trough 5 and defining with the latter a U shape. The active part 3, 4 can extend by a lengthening of the segments, on one side, and a shortening, on the opposite side, when the joint pivots through a given angle. This joint has, in particular, the advantage of completely eliminating wear by abrasion between the inner surfaces of the joint, the active segments 3, 4 being indeed always separated by lubricant. Further, the many folds of conventional bellows are eliminated, which considerably simplifies the manufacture of the bellows.
