摘要: To uniformly bring an abrasive into contact with a workpiece and to achieve desired surface roughness. A polishing tool sliding on a narrow part of the workpiece includes an abrasive retaining layer configured to allow an abrasive to be retained on a surface, and an elastic layer that is stacked on the abrasive retaining layer and is configured to press the abrasive retained in the abrasive retaining layer against the workpiece. The elastic layer is preferably elastically deformable over a sliding stroke of the polishing tool, and a driving unit that causes the polishing tool to slide on the workpiece is preferably connected to the polishing tool.

摘要: A metal laminating and molding method molds a 3-dimensional molded object formed by sequentially laminating a plurality of metal layers. The metal laminating and molding method is accomplished by repeatedly performing a unit process including a metal layer laminating process of laminating the metal layer constituted by welding beads formed through arc welding and a removal process of removing impurities from a surface of the metal layer laminated in the metal layer laminating process. When the unit process is repeated, the metal layer laminating process is performed again such that a new metal layer is laminated on the surface of the metal layer from which impurities have been removed in the removal process.

摘要: An impeller manufacturing method includes: integrally forming an impeller by an additive manufacturing method using a metal powder, the impeller including a disk which has a disk shape about an axis, a plurality of blades which are formed on a surface facing a first side in an axial direction of the disk with gaps therebetween in a circumferential direction about the axis, and a cover which covers the plurality of blades from the first side in the axial direction; processing the integrally formed impeller by a hot isostatic pressing; and causing a polishing fluid containing abrasive grains to flow through a flow path formed between the disk, the cover, and the blades in the impeller after the processing with the hot isostatic pressing and while pressurizing the polishing fluid to perform fluid polishing.

摘要: Provided is a method of manufacturing a rotary machine, which includes: a casing forming process of forming a casing of the rotary machine that has multiple opening parts and suctions and discharges a fluid; a surface activating process of supplying a pretreatment liquid into the casing, then discharging the pretreatment liquid from the casing through the opening parts, and activating an inner surface of the casing after the casing forming process; a plating process of performing supply and discharge of a plating liquid into and from the easing through the opening parts to circulate the plating liquid and plating the inner surface of the casing after the surface activating process; and an assembling process of providing a rotating body that is rotatable relative to the casing so as to he covered from an outer circumference side by the casing plated in the plating process.
