摘要: A method for recovering a helium product or intermediate product, wherein a first natural gas stream containing helium is supplied to a first natural gas processing unit and at least one second natural gas stream containing helium is supplied to at least one second natural gas processing unit, at least the first natural gas processing unit comprising helium recovery means via which the helium product is formed from at least a part of the first natural gas stream. At least temporarily a helium transfer from the at least one second natural gas stream to the first natural gas stream by means of a helium transfer arrangement comprising a membrane unit is performed before the first natural gas stream is provided to the first natural gas processing unit and before the at least one second natural gas stream is provided to the at least one second natural gas processing unit.

摘要: Described herein are membrane processes for separating CO2 from flue gas. An exemplary process involves passing a fluid stream including the flue gas across a membrane permeable to CO2 and H2O, removing treated gas from a feed side of the membrane that has less CO2 than the flue gas, and removing permeate from a permeate side of the membrane comprising CO2 and H2O. Suitably, the permeate is removed at a sub-atmospheric vacuum pressure. The permeate is then cooled to remove at least some of the H2O from the permeate and form a smaller volume of H2O-depleted, CO2 enriched permeate.

摘要: The present invention discloses methods for extracting and recycling ammonia in MOCVD processes by FTrPSA. Through pretreatment, medium-shallow temperature PSA concentration, condensation and freezing, liquid ammonia vaporization, PSA ammonia extraction, and ammonia gas purification procedures, ammonia-containing exhaust gases from MOCVD processes are purified to meet the electronic-level ammonia gas standard required by the MOCVD processes, so as to implement recycling and reuse of the exhaust gases, where the ammonia gas yield is greater than or equal to 70-85%. The present invention solves the technical problem that atmospheric-pressure or low-pressure ammonia-containing exhaust gases in MOCVD processes cannot be returned to the MOCVD processes for use after being recycled, and fills the gap in green and circular economy development of the LED industry.

摘要: Embodiments of the disclosure provide a method and system for sulfur recovery. A Claus tail gas stream is fed to a hydrogenation reactor to produce a hydrogenated gas stream. The hydrogenated gas stream is fed to a quench tower to produce a quenched gas stream. The quenched gas stream is fed to a first stage adsorption vessel of first stage adsorption unit to produce a first outlet gas stream. The first outlet gas stream is fed to a second stage adsorption vessel of a second stage adsorption unit to produce a second byproduct gas stream. The first stage adsorption vessel is regenerated to produce a first byproduct gas stream. The second stage adsorption vessel is regenerated to produce a second outlet gas stream including hydrogen sulfide. Optionally, a portion of the second byproduct gas stream or nitrogen can be fed to the first stage adsorption vessel or the second stage adsorption vessel for regeneration. Optionally, a sales gas can be fed to the second stage adsorption vessel for regeneration. Optionally, vacuum can be applied to the first stage adsorption vessel or the second stage adsorption vessel for regeneration.

摘要: A multi-stage process to remove contaminant gases from raw methane streams is provided. The present technology is an innovative solution to recover and purify biogas by use of a process having at least two pressure swing adsorption stages. Taking advantage of the presence of carbon dioxide in the raw biogas streams, nitrogen and oxygen are bulky removed in the first stage, using selective adsorbents, and a nitrogen and oxygen-depleted intermediate stream is yielded to the second stage. The second stage employs an adsorbent or adsorbents to selectively remove carbon dioxide and trace amounts of remaining nitrogen and oxygen, thus producing a purer methane stream that meets pipeline and natural gas specifications.

摘要: An apparatus and method for flow management and CO2-recovery from a CO2 containing hydrocarbon flow stream, such as a post CO2-stimulation flowback stream. The apparatus including a flow control zone, a gas separation zone, a pretreatment zone, and a CO2-capture zone. The CO2-capture zone is in fluid communication with the pretreatment zone to provide CO2-capture from a pretreated flowback gas stream and output a captured CO2-flow stream. The CO2-capture zone includes a first CO2-enricher and at least one additional CO2 enricher disposed downstream of the first CO2 enricher and in cascading relationship to provide a CO2-rich permeate stream, the CO2-capture zone further including at least one condenser to condense the enriched CO2-stream and output the captured CO2-flow stream.

摘要: A nitrogen oxide absorbing unit, a nitrogen oxide absorbing liquid extraction line, a nitrogen oxide absorbing liquid heating/regenerating unit, a released gas line, and a regenerated liquid discharge line are provided. The nitrogen oxide absorbing unit is configured to absorb and remove nitrogen oxides in exhaust gas with nitrogen oxide absorbing liquid by introducing the exhaust gas containing nitrogen oxides and carbon dioxide. Through the nitrogen oxide absorbing liquid extraction line, the circulating nitrogen oxide absorbing liquid is extracted from a nitrogen oxide absorbing liquid circulation line. The nitrogen oxide absorbing liquid heating/regenerating unit is configured to obtain released gas containing at least nitrogen monoxide and carbon dioxide and nitrogen oxide absorbing liquid regenerated liquid by subjecting the nitrogen oxide absorbing liquid to heating and regeneration treatment. Through the released gas line, exhaust gas from the nitrogen oxide absorbing unit is introduced to the released gas.
