    Abstract: It is an object of the present invention to provide a light source apparatus and an image display apparatus. A light source apparatus according to the present invention including: a plurality of light source units that respectively emits light in respective colors; a light-combining/splitting unit that combines/splits light emitted from each of the plurality of light source units; at least one light-receiving unit that receives light emitted from the light-combining/splitting unit; and a control unit that switches activation and deactivation of each of the plurality of light source units, in which the control unit stops each of the plurality of light source units on the basis of light received by the light-receiving unit.

    Abstract: An optical engine module including at least two laser sources, collimators, a light combining lens group, an aperture, a beam shaping lens group, a MEMS scanning module, and a beam expansion lens group is provided. The at least two laser sources respectively generate at least two laser beams with different wavelengths. The collimators respectively collimate the at least two laser beams to generate at least two collimated beams. The light combining lens group combines the at least two collimated beams into a combined beam. The aperture filters stray beams of the combined beam. The beam shaping lens group shapes the combined beam to generate a shaped beam with a perfect circle. The MEMS scanning module reflects the shaped beam and scans in horizontal and vertical directions to form a scanning beam. The beam expansion lens group expands the scanning beam into an expanded beam having a predetermined area.

    Abstract: An apparatus for inserting a measurement light beam which can be projected onto a target object, comprising a light-refracting component having an optical axis, and at least two mirrors for deflecting the measurement light beam, and an optical overall body consisting of at least one optically effective material, wherein the optical overall body is configured in such a way that the at least two mirrors are fitted inside or at the edge, in particular as a part, of the optical overall body, in such a way that the measurement light beam entering the optical overall body is offset parallel to the incident measurement light beam when emerging from the optical overall body, so that the emerging measurement light beam lies on the optical axis of the light-refracting component of the apparatus and is projected in this form onto the target object.
