摘要: The present disclosure relates to a subtle cornea deformation identification method and device based on a pixel-level corneal biomechanical parameter, including the following steps: step 1, sampling and analyzing a dynamic video of corneal stress deformation in a historical database, and calculating pixel-level data; and step 2, configuring an ensemble classifier based on a sampling result and detecting a local change in corneal biomechanics, thus identifying a subtle cornea deformation. The present disclosure has high measurement accuracy and is capable of detecting a local subtle biomechanical change.

摘要: Particular embodiments disclosed herein include projecting an orientation grid into an eye of a patient. A computer system captures one or more images of a retina of an eye of the patient, such as using an SLO, while projecting the orientation grid into the eye of the patient. A fixation grid may also be displayed with the patient being instructed to fixate on the fixation target. The computer system superimposes the orientation grid onto the one or more images to obtain one or more output images. The one or more output images are displayed to at least one of a surgeon and the patient. The surgeon and/or patient may review the output images and communicate the location of floaters using coordinates of the orientation grid.

摘要: A method and system for predicting a selected treatment regimen for a subject. Baseline data for a subject diagnosed with neovascular age-related macular degeneration (nAMD) is received. A plurality of predictor inputs is formed for an outcome predictor using the baseline data and regimen data for a plurality of treatment regimens. The plurality of predictor inputs comprises a different predictor input for each of the plurality of treatment regimens. A plurality of treatment scores is generated for the plurality of treatment regimens via the set of outcome predictor using the plurality of predictor inputs. One of the plurality of treatment regimens is selected as a selected treatment regimen for the subject based on the plurality of treatment scores.

摘要: In a corneal measurement system, an optical element focuses an excitation light to an area of corneal tissue at a selected depth. In response, a fluorescing agent applied to the cornea generates a fluorescence emission. An aperture of a pinhole structure selectively transmits the fluorescence emission from the area of corneal tissue at the selected depth. A detector captures the selected fluorescence emission transmitted by the aperture and communicates information relating to a measurement of the selected fluorescence emission captured by the detector. A controller receives the information from the detector and determines a measurement of the fluorescing agent in the area of corneal tissue at the selected depth. The system may include a scan mechanism that causes the optical element to scan the cornea at a plurality of depths, and the controller may determine a measurement of the fluorescing agent in the cornea as a function of depth.

摘要: An OCT signal processing method of a processor performing processing on a detection signal obtained by separating light emitted from a light source into measurement light and reference light, guiding the measurement light to an eye to be examined using an object optical system, guiding the reference light to a reference optical system, followed by photo-detecting interference light resulting from measurement light reflected from the eye to be examined interfering with the reference light. The OCT signal processing method includes a step of generating an OCT signal by performing Fourier transformation on the detection signal, a step of detecting a peak portion in the OCT signal, and a step of generating a first corrected OCT signal by removing the peak portion from the OCT signal.

摘要: The invention provides methods of diagnosing neuropathic corneal pain by the detection of neuromas, such as micro-neuromas, on the cornea. The invention also features systems for detecting the presence of anatomical features located on an ocular tissue surface that may be a marker for neuropathic corneal pain. The systems feature an in vivo confocal microscope and a computer programmed with a neural network to automate the analysis of the microscope images. The invention provides methods of using the system to identify a micro-neuroma in images collected of an ocular surface and methods of diagnosing neuropathic corneal pain and monitoring treatment of neuropathic corneal pain using a system of the invention. The invention further provides a non-transitory computer readable medium having instructions stored thereon, wherein the instructions, when executed by a processor, perform a method for automatically determining the presence of at least one neuroma on a plurality of images of an ocular surface of a patient.
