Abstract:
An automatic analysis apparatus of the present invention includes: a measurement section that measures a sample; a remaining quantity detecting section that detects that a remaining quantity of a consumable article used in the measurement section has become less than or equal to a predetermined quantity that is set in advance; a setting section that is capable of setting in which mode, of a first mode and a second mode applied for operation control of the measurement section, to operate the measurement section for each consumable article when the remaining quantity detecting section detects that the remaining quantity of the consumable article has become less than or equal to the predetermined quantity; and a control section that controls operation of the measurement section based on the setting of the setting section.
Abstract:
A protocol adaptive, computer controlled target-analyte permeation testing instrument, capable of self-adaptive adjustments to measurement interval, rezero frequency and independent zero go-no-go.
Abstract:
A method of flowing a fluid with a tracer in a microfluidic channel of an assay device and detecting the tracer for determining the channel location or condition of the channel.
Abstract:
A target-analyte permeation testing instrument (10) characterized by a block manifold (100) retaining the testing cells (70n) of the instrument (10).
Abstract:
A sensor device includes a sensor array and a flow cell in fluid communication with the sensor array. Bias circuitry apply bias arrangements to the sensor array to produce sensor data. Peripheral circuitry coupled to the bias circuitry produces streams of data from the sensor array, the peripheral circuitry having an active mode and an idle mode. Logic to switch the peripheral circuitry between the active mode and the idle mode to control power consumption is provided. A temperature sensor may be included, and the logic can operate with feedback to switch between the active mode and the idle mode to maintain the temperature within an operating range.
Abstract:
A sample analyzer is disclosed that includes: a memory configured to store a record of maintenance already performed on the sample analyzer; a display; and a display control configured to control the display to display a first table which chronologically shows the record of maintenance already performed, wherein the first table is assigned a predetermined term, in the table the term is divided into a plurality of sections.
Abstract:
A sample processing system that may be automated and methods are disclosed where samples are arranged on a carrier element and a process operation control system automatically processes the samples perhaps robotically with an operationally-influential exteriorly-consequential information monitor or a data capture element. Significant process details as well as operationally-influential exteriorly-consequential information may be monitored and an automatic notice element may cause notification of a person at some display that may be remote. Various people may be notified, such as an administrator, a supplier, or a manufacturer of an opportunity for some action such as reagent reordering or the like. A simulated motion display may be included to “watch” simulated operation in real time or long after completion of the actual processing.
Abstract:
The present invention is to present a sample processing apparatus, comprising: a sample processing mechanism which comprises a flow channel to be used for processing a sample, and performs a sample processing operation for processing the sample using the flow channel and a cleaning operation for cleaning the flow channel; and a controller for controlling the cleaning operation by the sample processing mechanism, based on an elapsed time since a previous cleaning operation by the sample processing mechanism.
