The method comprises: i) providing (10) a first starting material (101a) which comprises a lignocellulosic raw material, ii) providing (1) a second starting material (101b) which comprises a cellulose-containing lignin-free product, iii) mixing (15) the first starting material (101a) and the second starting material (101b) to a mixed starting material (101), and iv) at least partially commonly treating (20) the first starting material (101a) and the second starting material (101b) for obtaining the treated mixed starting material (101), in particular a mixed pulp.

摘要: The present invention relates to processes for individualizing trichome fibers from a trichome source, such as a leaf and/or a stem. One process comprises contacting the plant biomass with pectin hydrolyzing enzymes, thus releasing the individualized trichomes and recovering the individualized trichomes. A second process comprises contacting the plant biomass with an acidic aqueous solution, thus releasing the individualized trichomes and recovering the individualized trichomes. A third process comprises contacting the plant biomass with an acidic aqueous solution and with pectin hydrolyzing enzymes, thus releasing the individualized trichomes and recovering the individualized trichomes.

摘要: Some variations provide a new nanolignocellulose composition comprising, on a bone-dry, ash-free, and acetyl-free basis, from 35 wt % to 80 wt % cellulose nanofibrils, cellulose microfibrils, or a combination thereof, from 15 wt % to 45 wt % lignin, and from 5 wt % to 20 wt % hemicelluloses. The hemicelluloses may contain xylan or mannan as the major component. Novel properties arise from the hemicellulose content that is intermediate between high hemicellulose content of raw biomass and low hemicellulose content of conventional nanocellulose. The nanolignocellulose composition is hydrophobic due to the presence of lignin. Processes for making and using the nanolignocellulose compositions are also described.

摘要: The present invention relates to methods for processing plant and/or micro-organism derived cellulose materials into rheology/structuring agents. More in particular, the present invention relates to methods wherein plant and/or micro-organism derived cellulose material is co-processed with carboxycellulose. The methods of the present invention provide a variety of benefits, in terms of process efficiency and scalability as well as in relation to the properties of the materials that are obtainable using these methods. For instance, it has been found that (highly) concentrated products produced using the method of the invention are easily (re)dispersible in water and aqueous systems to regain much of the cellulose component's original rheological performance.

摘要: Methods to reduce sticky and fluff induced rewinder breaks by reducing the adhesive character of adhesive materials, fluff and sticky contaminants in fibers are described. One method involves contacting the fibers with a composition containing at least one of each of a cellulase, a hemicellulase, a β-glucosidase, a lipase, an esterase, a pectinase, a pectate lyase and a laccase for a sufficient time and in a sufficient amount to control the removal or controlling adhesive materials, fluff and sticky contaminants present in the fibers. Preferably, the fibers are recycled fibers originating from a variety of sources such as old corrugated containers, old newsprint, mixed office waste, and the like. Resulting paper products formed from the processed fibers are also described as well as methods to make them.

摘要: An object is to identify endoglucanase and β-glucosidase genes by isolating genomic DNA containing cellulase genes, which are classified into endoglucanases or β-glucosidases, from Acremonium cellulolyticus, and sequencing the nucleotide sequences thereof. The inventors intensively compared the amino acid sequences of known endoglucanases and β-glucosidases with each other to find conserved region of amino acid sequences in Acremonium cellulolyticus, and various primers were designed based on the information. PCR was carried out using the various primers thus designed and genomic DNA or cDNA as a template. As a result, gene fragments of endoglucanases and β-glucosidases were obtained. Primers were designed based on the gene fragments, and PCR was carried out to amplify nine genes of endoglucanases and β-glucosidases. The nucleotide sequences thereof were sequenced, and the present invention was completed.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for producing nanocelluloses from a cellulose substrate including cellulose fibers, the method including the following sequence of steps: a step of enzymatic treatment of the cellulose substrate, by bringing same into contact with at least one cleaving enzyme, then a step of mechanical treatment of the cellulose substrate subjected to the step of enzymatic treatment, in order to delaminate the cellulose fibres and obtain the nanocelluloses. The at least one cleaving enzyme is chosen from the enzymes belonging to the family of lytic polysaccharide monooxygenases (LPMOs) capable of achieving cleavage in the presence of an electron donor. Also disclosed are the nanocelluloses obtained according to the method.
