摘要: An article package filling method, comprising: selecting a packaging container for an order article in an order container; picking out the order article from the order container and putting same into the packaging container; and injecting a filling medium into a filling space of the packaging container by using a filling equipment, wherein the filling medium has a specific shape before being injected into the filling space, and can form a spatial shape consistent with that of the filling space after being injected into the filling space. According to the filling method, various specifications or types of packaging containers storing the order articles can be filled, so that the supporting and protecting effects on the order articles are implemented, and the package filling efficiency and applicability are improved.

摘要: A system of assembling first and second types of pods includes a first assembly apparatus for packing first type of pods such as low-pressure coffee pods, and a second assembly apparatus for partially packing second types of pods where a second type of filter is packed with a second beverage ingredient without a container. The assembled filter with the second beverage ingredient is passed to the first assembly apparatus where the outer container and the lid may be applied to assemble the second type of pods to brew high-pressure beverages such as espresso. The second type of pods can optionally include a third beverage ingredient separated by a perforated barrier between the second and third beverage ingredients.

摘要: A container filling valve may include a shuttle and a drive sleeve that are magnetically coupled. Movement of the drive sleeve may move the shuttle from a position in which the filling valve is closed to a position in which the filling valve is open. A container handling arm may include a distal end configured to hold a container and a proximal end that includes a load cell. A low flow setpoint system may be configured to arrest closing of a filling valve when that filling valve is partially closed. A pressure control system may be configured to maintain a desired pressure in a reservoir or in a flow path from that reservoir. A product recirculation system may be configured to adjust flow rate in the product recirculation system.

摘要: The present invention provides for a nail polish composition that is filled into a nail polish bottle, wherein the composition comprises a first nail polish layer comprising a first coloring material, which exhibits a first characteristic color, dissolved therein, and a second nail polish layer comprising a second coloring material, which exhibits a second characteristic color, dissolved therein. A first film layer formed over the first nail polish layer separates the first and second nail polish layers. Also, the first and second nail polish layers are disposed in the nail polish bottle at an angle relative to each other. In this manner, the first nail polish layer and the second nail polish layer are immiscible. Also, the first coloring material is insoluble in the second nail polish layer; and the second coloring material is insoluble in the first nail polish layer. Further, agitation of the nail polish composition causes the first and second nail polish layers to form an emulsion. The emulsion exhibits an apparent color that is different from the color of the first or second nail polish layers such that the apparent color is formed by combining the colors exhibited by the first and second coloring materials.

摘要: A manufacturing method of two-chamber type combined container-syringe including: a vacuum plugging process (S2) of eliminating air bubbles from the dissolving solution of the dissolving solution-filled cartridge and sealing the dissolving solution with a middle stopper after the dissolving solution filling process (S1); a vacuum plugging process (S2) has a first cooling processing (S21) of cooling the inside of a vacuum plugging equipment in which a dissolving solution-filled cartridge is disposed to a cooling temperature that does not freeze the dissolving solution, a first decompression processing (S23) of decreasing a pressure inside the vacuum plugging equipment while the vacuum plugging equipment maintains the cooling temperature after the first cooling processing (S21), and a middle stopper pushing processing (S24) of pushing the middle stopper downward and bringing the middle stopper into contact with the dissolving solution after the first decompression processing (S23). The dissolving solution can be easily filled in a bubble-free state in the two-chamber type combined container-syringe.
