摘要: A control system and method for a hydrogen-powered vehicle-mounted mobile generator is provided. The control system includes a vehicle controller and a hydrogen storage system. The vehicle controller is connected to a first DC/DC converter, and the first DC/DC converter is connected to a PCS. The hydrogen storage system is connected to a hydrogen fuel battery pack, the hydrogen fuel battery pack is connected to a second DC/DC converter, the second DC/DC converter is connected to the PCS and a buffer lithium battery system, respectively, and the PCS is connected to an off-grid switching device. The control system also includes a centralized monitoring system for controlling the charging and discharging of the buffer lithium battery system. The control system achieves the effect of power peak load shifting by controlling the power generation of the hydrogen storage system and the hydrogen fuel battery pack and adjusting the buffer lithium battery system.

摘要: A system for reducing overdraw of power in a vehicle includes a power source having a battery and a fuel cell circuit. The system further includes an ECU that transmits a power limit signal to a vehicle controller, the power limit signal corresponding to an instantaneous maximum amount of power of the power source. The ECU also determines a battery allowed power corresponding to an amount of power available to be drawn from the battery to cause the SOC of the battery to remain above a lower SOC threshold. The ECU also determines a current battery power draw from the battery corresponding to an instantaneous amount of power being drawn from the battery. The ECU is designed to reduce the instantaneous maximum amount of power in the power limit signal when the current battery power draw is greater than the battery allowed power, reducing the current battery power draw.

摘要: A method for controlling a fuel cell-battery system that includes a battery module configured to cool a battery using coolant, a fuel cell module configured to heat hydrogen and to supply the heated hydrogen to a fuel cell configured to produce electric power using the hydrogen, and a heat exchange module through which the coolant and the hydrogen exchange heat with each other. The method includes obtaining a coolant temperature of coolant released from the battery, passing the coolant through the heat exchange module to cool the coolant when the temperature of the coolant is higher than a target temperature, and passing the coolant through a heater when the temperature of the coolant is lower than or equal to the target temperature. Passing the coolant through the heater includes operating the heater when the temperature of the coolant is lower than the target temperature.

摘要: Operating a machine includes supplying electric power from a fuel cell to a power bus connected to an electric motor and an energy storage device in a machine operated at a work site, and determining an expected efficiency gain condition based on at least one of terrain data of the work site or machine activity data of the machine. Operating a machine further includes prognostically limiting a power output of the fuel cell based on the determining an expected efficiency gain condition, and charging the energy storage device during occurrence of the expected efficiency gain condition using at least one of a regenerative energy device or the fuel cell. The energy storage device may be discharged during prognostically limiting a power output of the fuel cell so as to share a load demand of the power bus between the fuel cell and the energy storage device. Related apparatus and control logic is also disclosed.
