摘要: A new way to design lightweight, strong, material efficient, extruded and pultruded profiles, profile segments (4) and surfaces produced in profile production with rotating dies creating superior resistance to compression, bending and buckling, higher energy absorption and right strength in the right place, by: varying the thickness along (_t)+across the direction of extrusion, making reinforcing patterns (2, 3), vary the profile thickness (t, _t), and in some cases vary angles (10, 11) and pattern (2, 3) which increases the profile segments/surface resistance against compression, bending and buckling relative to the amount of material used and resulting in that one can make optimized beams and surfaces that have superior properties in terms of strength/weight, stiffness/weight ratio, mechanical energy absorption/weight unit, deformation and natural frequency, thermal transfer capacity, the breaking of the laminar flow, increased/optimized surface for chemical and/or electrochemical reaction etc.

摘要: The present invention provides a molding apparatus by which it is possible to make a frame located around a mold contact thermoplastic resin. In the molding apparatus of the present invention, the thermoplastic resin extruded from an extruding machine in a sheet form is adsorbed onto a cavity surface of the mold. As a result, the thermoplastic resin is shaped into a shape according to the cavity surface. The molding apparatus includes a frame that is positioned around the mold and is movable relative to the mold. In the frame, a suction part to suck the thermoplastic resin is provided.

摘要: The present invention provides a duct molding method by which it is possible to improve the adhesion of a sheet. In the duct molding method of the present invention, a molten thermoplastic resin sheet is positioned between molds. Subsequently, the thermoplastic resin sheet (P) is absorbed onto cavity surfaces of the molds and the molds are closed. Thereby, a duct is molded.

摘要: A pipe having an axially extending bore is defined by a pipe wall including a corrugated outer wall having axially adjacent annular outwardly-extending crests separated by valleys. The pipe wall also includes a non-linear outer layer having adjacent concave portions and convex portions. The concave portions are aligned with the corrugation crests of the outer wall so that the convex portion of the outer layer extends outwardly between at least two corrugation crests to provide improved resistance to deformation.

摘要: An apparatus and method are disclosed for reinforcing a vinyl beam. The apparatus includes an elongated sleeve with walls and an insert that may be slid into the sleeve to support the walls of the sleeve. The insert may be made from multicolored thermoplastic material and may be concealed within the sleeve. Contact points extending from an exterior surface of the insert may facilitate positioning the insert in the sleeve and may support the walls of the sleeve. A method is also presented for reinforcing a vinyl beam. The method comprises forming an insert from the material of a cleansing die batch. Furthermore, the method may include forming an insert from reprocessed rejected manufactured polymer stock.
