    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an extrusion forming die for a cabin component. The extrusion forming die for a cabin component comprises an upper die assembly, a lower die assembly and a combined concave die. The upper die assembly comprises an extrusion punch (3), and the combined concave die comprises an M-shaped outer concave die (4) having a hollow cavity matched with the extrusion punch (3), and a W-shaped inner concave die (5) having a rotary cavity. The W-shaped inner concave die (5) is arranged in the rotary cavity of the M-shaped outer concave die (4) in a matched manner, and the rotary cavity and the hollow cavity are matched to form a rotary extrusion die cavity (18) with a W-shaped longitudinal section.

    Abstract: A process to fabricate ultra-fine grain metal wire, comprising: inserting a plurality of metal strands into a flexible elastic polyurethane sheath having an accommodating slot for each of the strands of metal to form a sheathed strand assembly; equal channel angular pressing (ECAP pressing) the sheathed strand assembly through an ECAP die having a plurality of die channels corresponding to the plurality of metal strands.     Abstract: The present invention relates to a torsional severe plastic deformation method for a metal bar to which surface polishing is applied to the metal bar to improve the mechanical properties of the metal bar. According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a torsional severe plastic deformation method for a metal bar, which includes: applying torsion to a metal bar; and removing a surface defect on the surface of the metal bar, the surface defect being caused by the applying of torsion, wherein the removing of the surface defect is carried out in a continuous manner in which the removing of the surface defect is performed together with the applying of torsion or in a discontinuous manner in which the applying of torsion is temporarily stopped and then the applying of torsion is performed, and the removing of a surface defect increases the amount of torsional rotation or the shear strain applied to the metal bar.
