    摘要: Provided is a machine tool control device that can realize a desired scrap length while suppressing deterioration in machining accuracy. This control device 1 is for a machine tool which performs machining while causing a tool and a workpiece to oscillate relative to each other, the control device 1 being provided with: an oscillation command generation unit 13 for generating an oscillation command on the basis of an oscillation condition; an oscillation command correction unit 14 for correcting the oscillation command so that main-axis phases in given oscillation phases are not identical to each other; and a position/speed control unit 18 for causing the tool and the workpiece to oscillate relative to each other on the basis of a superposition command generated by superposing the oscillation command corrected by the oscillation command correction unit 14 on a movement command.

    摘要: A chatter vibration detection method includes acquiring vibration data of a tool (4) at a time of machining a workpiece at a predetermined sampling period (Δt), calculating an autocorrelation coefficient (Rxx′) corresponding to a time required for a cutting edge (4a, 4b) to contact the workpiece (W) several times based on acquired time series vibration data and calculating a period (Tx) of characteristics of the calculated autocorrelation coefficient (Rxx′), and deciding that chatter vibration occurs when a contact period (T1) at which the cutting edge (4a, 4b) contacts the workpiece (W) is not an integral multiple of the calculated period (Tx).

    摘要: A dental technician's work station is provided with a hand-held machining device and a suction device for removal of dust resulting from machining. Connection of the machining device to the suction device by a common data bus is provided, and the parameters corresponding to the machining device are input and used to control both the hand-held machining device and the suction device. The suction device is thus always adjusted automatically to match the respective handling step using a specific machining bit. An especially fast and certain adjustment of the machining unit and/or the suction device by means of selector keys is effected, these keys having respective symbols for the particular machining bits utilized. The speed of the matching unit and, in an especially advantageous embodiment, the suction device as well, are thus adjusted correctly and simultaneously with a single key stroke.

    摘要: A portable screw fastener driving tool is driven electrically from a solid state inverter and intended to be coupled to any selected one in a set of screw fastener engaging members, each demanding a drive enabling tightening of the engaged fastener by parameters (e.g. torque, angle, speed) specific to its size or type. Code elements are provided on the members in a binary code pattern specific for each member. Sensors on the tool read the code pattern on the member connected to the tool and serve it electrically to a decoding unit which transforms the read binary pattern to signals adapted to control the inverter the way the member demands.
