The tilting rotary table is disposed on the base and configured to turn and tilt a table face of a rotary table. The tool spindle is rotatable about a vertical axis line and movable in an X axis direction, a Y axis direction, and a Z axis direction. The tilting shaft is disposed in the tilting rotary table and oriented in the Y axis direction. The recessed area is disposed on a front surface of the vertical machining center. The recessed area is adjacent to a support supporting the tilting shaft. The slide door is configured to cover the front surface. The inner cover is integral with the slide door. The inner cover is configured to cover the recessed area.
Abstract:
There is provided a processing machine and a processing machine line for which it is easy for an operator to view a screen display, including an operation panel with a free vertical and horizontal posture of a display in which a longitudinal dimension and a lateral dimension are different, in which a first display aspect which displays one screen that is displayed on the display and a second display aspect which is disposed lined up with two screens are switched. Switch buttons are set in order to perform switching between the first display aspect screen and the second display aspect screen, and the first display aspect screen and the second display aspect screen are mutually switched by operating the switching button, and during the switching, are rotated 90° with respect to the display.

Abstract:
A machining center wherein improved workability of a control board, a widened movable zone of a column and a reduced installation space are achieved. The machining center includes a column movably supported on a column sliding portion in an X-axis direction, a work table movably supported on a table sliding portion in a Z-axis direction, a main spindle head slidably supported on the column in a Y-axis direction, and an automatic tool changer disposed at an inner side of the column sliding portion. The control board is arranged at an opposite side of the automatic tool changer and is provided in parallel with a side surface of a front portion of a table sliding portion and is arranged side by side with an openable/closable door for an operator provided on a side surface of a cover in a vicinity of a rear end portion of the side surface of the table sliding portion.
Abstract:
A display structure of a drilling machine includes a digital display control assembly which includes a liquid crystal control panel, a control circuit board, a displacement induction controller and a battery seat. The liquid crystal control panel is electrically connected with the control circuit board. The control circuit board is electrically connected with the displacement induction controller. The control circuit board is further electrically connected with the battery seat. The displacement induction controller includes an engaging protrusion to engage with a displacement control linking seat of a feed guide body. The liquid crystal control panel of the digital display control assembly is adapted to input control signals, such as an initial point, a terminal point and a feed unit, and the control signals are sent to the displacement induction controller via the control circuit board. The displacement induction controller receives the signals and returns the signals to the control circuit board for controlling the upward/downward movement of the feed guide body. After setting the digital display control assembly, the feed guide body can carry out the same feed many times, controlling the feed depth and providing uniformity of drilling.
Abstract:
The subject-matter of the invention is a machining unit for a milling and drilling machine, comprising a spindle housing (1) which is supported on a machine part and can be moved in a longitudinal direction, a milling head (5) mounted on the face end of the spindle housing (1), a work spindle (6) supported in the milling head (5) and comprising an electric drive motor, and an energy and working stock supply to the milling head (5) formed of bunched lines and cables. The bunched lines and cables for the energy and working stock supply are disposed inside the spindle housing (1) in the shape of a string (25) and introduced into the milling head (5) via a rotary transmission leadthrough (8) on the face.
Abstract:
An electronic layout system for use with a fabrication table utilizes a plurality of visible display elements mounted on display modules which are linked to a host computer to facilitate the assembly of panels for the panelized or modular production of housing. The display modules are mounted on the fabrication table and in accordance with commands transmitted from the computer, the visible display elements form a coded image of the various types of structural members in a panel as well as their longitudinal and lateral positions within the panel. An operator is able to align the specific structural member with its coded image and assemble the panel on the table, then he may continue production of the same panel or select a new panel.
Abstract:
An injection molding machine includes a main structure formed of a pedestal including a top cover, a mold clamping unit supported on the pedestal; and an injecting unit supported on the pedestal. The injection molding machine further includes a control cabinet situated in the rear zone of the main structure; an input unit situated in an operator's control zone of the main structure. The input unit includes a data display device and an input keyboard. A cable connects the input unit with the control cabinet. To a bracket arrangement on the pedestal there is pivotally mounted a swivel arm swingable in a horizontal plane about a vertical axis. The input unit is secured to the swivel arm at a top side thereof such that the data display device is approximately at eye-level height. The input unit has, dependent upon pivotal positions of the swivel arm, a working position situated externally of the area occupied by the main structure and a position of rest within such area. The control cabinet is fixedly attached to the pedestal and has an underside which is at least approximately coplanar with the plane defined by the top cover of the pedestal.
