摘要: A shoe treating apparatus includes an upper cabinet, a lower cabinet disposed below the upper cabinet, an electronic component part disposed below the lower cabinet, a sensor part, and a processor electrically connected to the electronic component part and the sensor part. The processor may identify at least one of a material, a type, and a condition of at least one shoe in the upper cabinet, and based on the identification, perform normal treatment on the at least one shoe in the upper cabinet through the electronic component part. The processor may identify at least one of a material, a type, and a condition of at least one shoe in the lower cabinet, and based on the identification, perform intensive treatment on the at least one shoe in the lower cabinet through the electronic component part. A method of operating the shoe treating apparatus is also provided.

摘要: A robotic drilling apparatus is described which has been adapted for drilling holes in ceilings and walls on a construction site. The apparatus comprises a robotic arm mounted to a substructure, the substructure comprising a lifting mechanism arranged to lift the robotic arm to a working position, wherein the robotic arm has a base end and a movable end, the base end being mounted to an upper surface of the lifting mechanism and the movable end being capable of movement with respect to the base end in a three dimensional space, wherein the robotic drilling apparatus further comprises a mount provided on the movable end for holding a drilling device and a control unit for controlling the operation of the robotic arm. The lifting mechanism preferably comprises a scissor-jack lifting platform. The robotic arm and any support structure for the robotic arm weighs less than 43 kg, and preferably individually weigh less than 23 kg.

摘要: A dust collector includes a container defining an interior volume and an opening. A scraper is positioned within the interior volume of the container, and an edge of the scraper is positioned adjacent an inner surface of the container. A collection motor is coupled to the container and is operable to rotate the container about an axis of rotation between at least a first orientation and a second orientation. The container is positioned and oriented for collecting dust within the interior volume of the container via the opening of the container in the first orientation. The container is positioned and oriented for discharging dust from the interior volume of the container via the opening of the container in the second orientation. A trough is disposed below the container. The trough is positioned for receipt of the dust from the interior volume of the container when the container is in the second orientation.

摘要: A system and method are disclosed for removal of unwanted material from additively manufactured parts by application of vibratory and/or acoustic energy. The system and method include a vibratory platform located in a chamber. Additively manufactured parts having unwanted material adhered thereto are placed on the vibratory platform. The platform is caused to vibrate thereby causing the unwanted material to detach from the parts. The system and method may also include the application of acoustic energy to cause unwanted material to detach from the parts. Advantageously, the unwanted material removed from the additively manufactured object can be recycled.

摘要: A method for cleaning a load lock in a substrate processing system includes, in a first period, opening a first valve in fluid communication with a gas source to supply gas through a first vent into a gas volume of the load lock. The gas is supplied at a pressure and flow rate sufficient to disturb particles from surfaces of the load lock. The method includes, in a second period subsequent to the first period and with the first valve opened, opening a second valve in fluid communication with a pump and turning on the pump to flush the gas and particles from the gas volume of the load lock, and, in a third period subsequent to the second period, closing the first valve while continuing to pump the gas and the particles from the gas volume of the load lock via the second valve.
