摘要: An electronic device according to various embodiments disclosed herein may include: a housing, a speaker embedded in the housing, an acoustic duct configured to transfer an output from the speaker to a user, an external hole formed in the housing to be connected to outside the electronic device, an external sound duct configured to transfer a sound introduced through the external hole to the user, and a variable hole member comprising a variable opening disposed in at least one of the external hole and the external sound duct, wherein the variable hole member may include a conductive member comprising a conductive material configured to apply an electric signal, a ventilation hole configured to allow a sound transferred from the external hole to pass therethrough, and a deformable member comprising a deformable material configured to deform based on the electric signal to close at least a portion of the ventilation hole.

The terminal includes a sensing unit which detects a user gesture moving an object in a certain direction within proximity the terminal, a control unit which determines at least one of movement direction, movement speed, and movement distance of the user gesture and performs a control operation associated with a currently running application according to the determined at least one of movement direction, movement speed, and movement distance of the user gesture, and a display unit which displays an execution screen of the application under the control of the control unit.

The control unit is configured to obtain a plurality of sample images by selecting regions of the original image in which a peak due to interference appears, to determine a plurality of elements included in a Mueller matrix using the plurality of sample images, and to determine the selected critical dimension based on the plurality of elements.

摘要: An extreme ultraviolet (EUV) collector inspection apparatus and method capable of precisely inspecting a contamination state of an EUV collector and EUV reflectance in accordance with the contamination state are provided. The EUV collector inspection apparatus includes a light source arranged in front of an EUV collector to be inspected and configured to output light in a visible light (VIS) band from UV rays, an optical device configured to output narrowband light from the light, and a camera configured to perform imaging from an UV band to a VIS band. An image by wavelength of the EUV collector is obtained by using the optical device and the camera and a contamination state of the EUV collector is inspected.

摘要: To manufacture an integrated circuit (IC) device, a lower structure having a step structure defining a trench is prepared. A material film is formed inside the trench. To form a material film, a first precursor including a first central element and a first ligand having a first size is supplied onto a lower structure to form a first chemisorbed layer of the first precursor on the lower structure. A second precursor including a second central element and a second ligand having a second size less than the first size is supplied onto a resultant structure including the first chemisorbed layer to form a second chemisorbed layer of the second precursor on the lower structure. A reactive gas is supplied to the first chemisorbed layer and the second chemisorbed layer.
