摘要: A method for recording a merged microscope image of a sample includes a microscopic capturing of at least a first fused image and a second fused image. According to the method, there is capturing a first image in which the sample is illuminated in a structured manner; capturing a second image in which the sample is uniformly illuminated; fusing the first image and the second image; and merging the first fused image and the second fused image into the merged microscope image. The first image is used for low-frequency image information located in the focus and the second image is used for high-frequency image information located in the focus. The second fused image depicts a different position on the sample than the first fused image. A microscope system can be used with a computer program product to perform the method.

摘要: An imaging apparatus includes: an image sensor that captures a subject image by receiving incident light, to generate image data; a controller that controls an image shooting operation using the image sensor; a recorder that records the image data as a result of the image shooting operation; and an adjuster that adjusts a light reception rate in each position on an incident surface, the light reception rate allowing the image sensor to receive the light, the incident surface being entered by the light corresponding to an image represented by the image data. The controller controls the adjuster to render the light reception rate in a position corresponding to part of the image on the incident surface different from the light reception rate in another position thereon, and causes the image sensor to capture the image with the light reception rate rendered different by the adjuster in the image shooting operation.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for inspecting sealing between a closure arranged on a mouth region of a container by performing a screwing-on operation on a mouth region of the container while the container is transported along a transport path, and during transport illuminating the containers by a lighting device and recording at least one spatially resolved image of the container. An image evaluation device determines, on the basis of the relative position depicted in the at least one spatially resolved image, at least one closure rotation angle by which the closure was rotated in the course of the performed screwing—in operation, a characteristic closure rotation angle variable.

摘要: A calibration method for determining angles between an image acquisition module reference frame and an accelerometer reference frame of a portable electronic device. The method includes receiving a set of images of a known pattern from the image acquisition module of the portable electronic device from different positions, the known pattern being in the same spatial position when acquired, and each image being associated with gravity data corresponding to the measurement of gravity by the accelerometer of the portable electronic device expressed in the accelerometer reference frame, determining the angles between the image acquisition module reference frame and the known pattern reference frame based on the received pictures of the set of pictures, and determining the angles between the image acquisition module reference frame and the accelerometer reference frame based on the determined angles between the image acquisition module reference frame and the known pattern reference frame and assuming the gravity measured by the accelerometer is the same for each image.
