Abstract: A display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel includes: a substrate; a driving circuit layer including a plurality of first thin film transistors and a second thin film transistor located on the substrate, wherein the second thin film transistor is located between adjacent first thin film transistors; a plurality of light-emitting elements located on one side of the driving circuit layer away from the substrate, and electrically connected to the plurality of first thin film transistors respectively; a photosensitive element located between adjacent light-emitting elements and electrically connected to the second thin film transistor; and a photoresist element located on an optical path of ambient light transmitted to a thin film transistor channel of the second thin film transistor within the display panel, so as to reduce ambient light transmitted to a thin film transistor channel of the second thin film transistor.

Abstract: A biometric sensor configured to detect a biometric information is provided. The biometric sensor includes a light emitting layer and a touch detection layer; an encapsulating cover on the light emitting layer; a photo-sensing layer configured to detect at least a portion of a light totally reflected by a surface of the biometric sensor in touch with a skin of a user; a touch sensing circuit configured to determine a touch position of a touch; a processor configured to determine a scanning region based on the touch position, and configured to control the light emitting layer to form a scanning light source to scan the scanning region in a scanning pattern; and a biometric information analysis circuit configured to determine a light intensity distribution of a reflected light reflected by the surface of the biometric sensor, and configured to determine the biometric information based on the light intensity distribution.

Abstract: A texture image acquiring device, a display device and a collimator are disclosed. The texture image acquiring device includes a collimator and an image sensor. The collimator includes a lens array, a first diaphragm layer, and a second diaphragm layer. The lens array allows light rays to be converged and incident on the first diaphragm layer. The first diaphragm layer allows light rays incident on the first diaphragm layer to pass through and be incident on the second diaphragm layer, and restricts an angle of light rays capable of passing through the first diaphragm layer. The second diaphragm layer allows light rays incident on the second diaphragm layer to pass through, and restricts an angle of light rays capable of passing through the second diaphragm layer. The image sensor senses light rays incident on the image sensor for acquiring a texture image.

Abstract: A texture recognition device and a manufacturing method of the texture recognition device, a color filter substrate and a manufacturing method of the color filter substrate are provided. The texture recognition device has a touch side, and includes: a light source array, a light valve structure and an image sensor array. The light valve structure includes a first substrate, a second substrate, and a light adjustment layer, and is configured to control a first region to be in a light transmission state in response to a control signal, so as to allow light emitted from the light source array to pass through the first region in the light transmission state to form a first photosensitive light source. The second substrate of the light valve structure is closer to the touch side than the first substrate, and the image sensor array is on the second substrate.

Abstract: A display panel has a light-exit side and a non-light-exit side opposite to the light-exit side. A direction pointing to the non-light-exit side from the light-exit side is a first direction. In the first direction, the display panel includes a coded aperture mask layer and an optical sensing layer. The coded aperture mask layer includes a plurality of first light-transmission portions and a plurality of first light-shielding portions. The coded aperture mask layer is configured to form at least one part of a coded aperture array. The optical sensing layer includes a plurality of optical sensors. The optical sensing layer is configured to receive texture recognition light passed through the coded aperture array and convert optical signals of the texture recognition light into electrical signals. The texture recognition light is light carrying information about a texture to be recognized.

Abstract: A device for identifying a pattern over a first surface includes a photosensitive layer, and a light-guiding layer disposed between the photosensitive layer and the first surface. The photosensitive layer includes a plurality of photosensitive elements, each configured to convert incident light into an electrical signal. The light-guiding layer includes a plurality of light-guiding units, each positionally corresponding to one of the plurality of photosensitive elements. Each light-guiding unit includes a plurality of light-transmitting portions, each configured to guide a light beam reflected from a feature of the pattern positionally corresponding thereto to transmit therethrough and reach one of the plurality of photosensitive elements corresponding to the each of the plurality of light-guiding units. The device can be used for identification of fingerprint, as well as other biometric or non-biometric features, and has a reduced thickness and an improved accuracy for pattern identification.
