摘要: A color filter substrate, a display panel and a display device are provided. The color filter substrate includes: a base substrate; a color conversion layer on the base substrate; a covering layer on a side of the color conversion layer away from the base substrate; and a polarizing layer on a side of the covering layer away from the base substrate. The polarizing layer includes a wire grid polarizer. The covering layer includes a first covering sub-layer and a second covering sub-layer, the first covering sub-layer is located on the side of the color conversion layer away from the base substrate, the second covering sub-layer is located on a side of the first covering sub-layer away from the base substrate, and a material of the first covering sub-layer is different from a material of the second covering sub-layer.

摘要: A display panel includes a sub-pixel array and a plurality of photosensitive units. 摘要: A pixel driving circuit includes a driving signal control sub-circuit and a driving duration control sub-circuit. The driving signal control sub-circuit is configured to provide a driving signal to the driving duration control sub-circuit under control of both a first scanning signal terminal and a enable signal terminal. The driving signal is related to a first data signal received at a first data signal terminal and a first voltage signal received at a first voltage signal terminal. The driving duration control sub-circuit is configured to, under control of the second scanning signal terminal and the enable signal terminal, transmit the driving signal to the element to be driven based on a second data signal with a gradually varying working potential received at the second data signal terminal. The first data signal is different from the second data signal.

摘要: An array substrate including a plurality of pixel units arranged in a matrix is provided. Each pixel unit at least includes a first sub-pixel, a second sub-pixel and a third sub-pixel that emit light of different colors, the first sub-pixel has a lower luminous efficiency than the second and third sub-pixels. The array substrate further comprises a plurality of first gate lines and a plurality of second gate lines that correspond to respective rows of pixel units of the plurality of pixel units. The first sub-pixel in each row of pixel units of the plurality of pixel units is coupled to a first gate line of the plurality of first gate lines, and the second sub-pixel and the third sub-pixel in the row of pixel units of the plurality of pixel units are both coupled to a second gate line of the plurality of second gate lines.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a backlight source, a method of manufacturing the backlight source, and a display device. The backlight source comprising: a light guide plate; a light emitting device on a side of the light guide plate in a thickness direction, wherein the light emitting device is configured to emit light irradiated into the light guide plate; and an optical element on a light emitting side of the light emitting device in a thickness direction, wherein the optical element is configured to convert the light emitted from the light emitting device into a parallel beam propagating in the light guide plate by total reflection. The light emitting device and the optical element may convert the light emitted from the light emitting device to be a parallel beam in the thickness direction of the light guide plate, so that the light may be coupled into the light guide plate according to needs when the light guide plate is rather thin, which facilitates to reduce the thickness of the backlight source and related products.

摘要: Disclosed are a pixel circuit and a driving method thereof, a display substrate and a driving method thereof, and a display apparatus. The pixel circuit includes a pixel sub-circuit, which includes: a driving circuit, including a control terminal, a first terminal and a second terminal; a voltage transmitting circuit, configured, in response to a transmission control signal, to apply a reset voltage and/or a first power voltage to the first terminal, respectively; and a data writing circuit, configured, in response to a scan signal, to write a data signal into the control terminal and store the data signal. The driving circuit is configured to control a voltage of the second terminal according to the data signal of the control terminal and the voltage of the first terminal, and to generate a driving current for driving a light-emitting element to emit light based on the voltage of the second terminal.

摘要: A display device, an electronic equipment, and a manufacture method for manufacturing the display device are provided. The display device includes: a substrate, a plurality of light-emitting elements arranged in an array, the plurality of light-emitting elements including a first light-emitting element and a second light-emitting element; and a color filter layer. In a second direction perpendicular to the surface of the substrate, a distance between the plurality of light-emitting elements and the color filter layer is a first distance; the display device has a color deviation prevention viewing angle on a reference plane determined by the first direction and the second direction perpendicular to the surface of the substrate; the color deviation prevention viewing angle is, an angle between a connection line and the second direction; and the first distance is configured to enable the color deviation prevention viewing angle to be greater than a preset angle.
