Abstract: An array substrate, a display panel, and a driving method of the array substrate are provided. The array substrate includes: a plurality of pairs of gate lines, each pair including a first gate line and a second gate line, and a pixel array, including pixel units arranged into a plurality of rows and a plurality of columns. A scan signal terminal of a pixel unit of an nth column in an mth row of pixel units is connected to the first gate line in an mth pair of gate lines to receive a first scan signal; m and n are positive integers; a reset signal terminal of the pixel unit of the (n+1)th column in the mth row of pixel units is connected to the first gate line in the mth pair of gate lines to receive the first scan signal serving as a first reset signal.

Abstract: A display substrate, including: a display region and a peripheral region located on the periphery of the display region. A scan driver circuit is disposed in the peripheral region. A plurality of sub-pixels, and a plurality of first signal lines that are connected to the scan driver circuit and extend in a first direction, are disposed in the display region. The display region includes: a substrate, and a semiconductor layer, a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer and a third conductive layer that are sequentially disposed on the substrate. The third conductive layer comprises: a plurality of first signal lines, and first electrodes and second electrodes of a plurality of transistors. An insulating layer between the third conductive layer and the first conductive layer is provided with first via holes.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an integrated imaging apparatus and a display device. The integrated imaging apparatus includes: a display member, an incident light adjusting member, a lens array and a second lens that are sequentially arranged. The display member is configured to display an image; the incident light adjusting member is configured to reduce a pixel divergence angle of an incident light emitted by the display member; the lens array includes a plurality of first lens, the plurality of first lens being arranged on a plane parallel to the display member; and the second lens and the display member are coaxially arranged. The present disclosure effectively extends the field of depth, thereby improving the imaging effect of the integrated imaging apparatus.
