摘要： A display device includes a via layer disposed on a substrate and including a via groove having a shape recessed from a first surface to a second surface of the via layer. A first electrode is disposed on the first surface. A pixel-defining film is disposed on the via layer and the first electrode. A first pixel-defining film through-hole passes through the pixel-defining film in a thickness direction and exposes the first electrode. A second pixel-defining film through-hole passes through the pixel-defining film in the thickness direction. The second pixel-defining film through-hole is spaced apart from the first pixel-defining film through-hole and overlaps the via groove. An emission layer is disposed on an exposed portion of the first electrode. A protrusion is disposed on the pixel-defining film and includes a protrusion through-hole which passes through the protrusion in the thickness direction and overlaps the second pixel-defining film through-hole.

The flexible display panel includes an encapsulated panel, a first protective film on one side of the encapsulated panel, and a second protective film on another side of the encapsulated panel. The encapsulated panel includes a flexible panel and a flexible encapsulation member on the flexible panel. The flexible panel includes a first region on a first plane and that includes a display region, and a second region on a second plane that is bent with respect to the first plane and that includes a non-display region. The flexible encapsulation member encapsulates the display region. The display apparatus also includes a support unit for maintaining a shape of the flexible panel.

摘要： An organic electroluminescent device having a structure of at least an anode 2, a light-emitting layer 3 and a cathode 4 layered in that order, wherein the light-emitting layer 3 contains a first host material, a second host material and a light-emitting material of a dopant, and both the first host material and the second host material have a lowest excited triplet energy level higher than the lowest excited triplet energy level of the light-emitting material. The device is protected from performance deterioration with time in driving and has a long lifetime.

In a manufacturing process of a light-emitting device, a light-emitting panel is manufactured which is at least partly curved by processing the shape to be molded after the manufacture of an electrode layer and/or an element layer, and a protective film covering a surface of the light-emitting panel which is at least partly curved is formed, so that a light-emitting device using the light-emitting panel has a more useful function and higher reliability.
