Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display device that include: a display panel that includes a display area and a peripheral area that is provided at the periphery of an edge of the display area; a window that is provided on one side of the display panel to protect the display panel; and an adhesive film that is provided between the display panel and the window to bond the display panel and the window to each other, wherein the adhesive film in an area that corresponds to the peripheral area and the adhesive film in an area that corresponds to the display area have different properties.

Abstract: A display panel includes a thin-film transistor, an anode, and a bonding pad. The thin-film transistor includes a source, a drain, and a gate. The anode is electrically connected to the thin-film transistor. A material of the anode includes silver-palladium-copper alloy. The bonding pad is electrically connected to the thin-film transistor. A material of the bonding pad is same as the material of the anode. Since the material of the anode is alloy material formed by adding appropriate proportions of metal elements such as silver, palladium, and copper, which can make an overall material enhance abilities of resisting corrosions of elements such as water vapor, high temperature, sulfide, and oxidation.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a cutting method of a display module, including: providing a display module to be cut, the display module to be cut including a display panel and a spacing layer on the display panel, and the display panel including a region to be cut, the spacing layer being provided with a first through hole exposing the region to be cut, and the first through hole being provided therein with an encapsulation adhesive; and performing laser cutting on the display module to be cut at a position of the region to be cut so as to remove the region to be cut to form a cutting groove. In the laser cutting, at least part of the encapsulation adhesive is melted and covers a sidewall of the cutting groove.

The display panel includes a display area and a non-display area disposed adjacent to the display area, and includes a substrate, and a thin-film transistor layer, a passivation layer, a planarization layer, a protective layer, and an anode that are disposed and stacked on the substrate; the thin-film transistor layer includes a wiring portion disposed in the non-display area, and an orthographic projection of the protective layer on the thin-film transistor layer at least covers the wiring portion. By providing the protective layer between the planarization layer and the anode, the anode is thereby prevented from contacting with foreign matters on the planarization layer, alleviating a risk of dark spots appearing on the display panel.
