By removing flexible base films from the bonding layer, the bonding layer only includes one or more adhesive layers, such that the dimming substrate includes less flexible base films.

Therefore, the display device includes an antistatic film including an inexpensive polythiophene compound as a conductive material so that the excellent high temperature and high humidity stability is provided as well as the excellent electrostatic discharging effect.
