Abstract: A display device comprises a display panel substrate and a glass substrate over said display panel substrate, wherein said display panel substrate comprises multiple contact pads, a display area, a first boundary, a second boundary, a third boundary and a fourth boundary, wherein said display area comprises a first edge, a second edge, a third edge and a fourth edge, wherein said first boundary is parallel to said third boundary and said first and third edges, wherein said second boundary is parallel to said fourth boundary and said second and fourth edges, wherein a first least distance between said first boundary and said first edge, wherein a second least distance between said second boundary and said second edge, a third least distance between said third boundary and said third edge, a fourth distance between said fourth boundary and said fourth edge, and wherein said first, second, third and fourth least distances are smaller than 100 micrometers, and wherein said glass substrate comprising multiple metal conductors through in said glass substrate and multiple metal bumps are between said glass substrate and said display panel substrate, wherein said one of said metal conductors is connected to one of said contact pads through one of said metal bumps.

Abstract: A sealing member containing conductive particles and disposed in a seal region is formed between a display panel and a touch panel. A laminated structure formed on the display panel includes a first detection lines. The first detection lines extend from the seal region to a connection region and are connected through the conductive particles to terminals of second detection lines formed on the touch panel. A peripheral edge of the organic barrier is located inward from the conductive particles of the sealing member. The above described structure can facilitate a work for connecting external lines such as FPC to the display panel and the touch panel. Further, the structure can secure stability of electrical connection between the external lines and the touch panel.

Abstract: One embodiment of the present invention provides a highly reliable display device. In particular, a display device to which a signal or a power supply potential can be supplied stably is provided. Further, a bendable display device to which a signal or a power supply potential can be supplied stably is provided. The display device includes, over a flexible substrate, a display portion, a plurality of connection terminals to which a signal from an outside can be input, and a plurality of wirings. One of the plurality of wirings electrically connects one of the plurality of connection terminals to the display portion. The one of the plurality of wirings includes a first portion including a plurality of separate lines and a second portion in which the plurality of lines converge.

Abstract: A light-emitting device can be folded in such a manner that a flexible light-emitting panel is supported by a plurality of housings which are provided spaced from each other and the light-emitting panel is bent so that surfaces of adjacent housings are in contact with each other. Furthermore, in the light-emitting device, in which part or the whole of the housings have magnetism, the two adjacent housings can be fixed to each other by a magnetic force when the light-emitting device is used in a folded state.

Abstract: Provided are a perovskite optoelectronic device containing an exciton buffer layer, and a method for manufacturing the same. The optoelectronic device of the present inventive concept comprises: an exciton buffer layer in which a first electrode, a conductive layer disposed on the first electrode and comprising a conductive material, and a surface buffer layer containing fluorine-based material having lower surface energy than the conductive material are sequentially deposited; a photoactive layer disposed on the exciton buffer layer and containing a perovskite photoactive layer; and a second electrode disposed on the photoactive layer. Accordingly, a perovskite is formed with a combined FCC and BSS crystal structure in a nanoparticle photoactive layer. The present inventive concept can also form a lamellar or layered structure in which an organic plane and an inorganic plane are alternatively deposited; and an exciton can be bound by the inorganic plane, thereby being capable of expressing high color purity.
