    Abstract: A transmitter includes a distributor that receives a stream of digital video samples and distributes the digital video samples into vectors in a buffer per a permutation. A digital-to-analog converter (DAC) per vector receives from its corresponding vector the digital video samples and converts the digital video samples into analog video samples. Each source driver includes a collector that receives analog video samples from each DAC and stores the analog video samples of the corresponding vector, and amplifiers that receive the stored analog video samples in parallel from the collector and amplifies the stored analog video samples onto a column of the display panel. Synchronization uses modified MFM and sample phase alignment. The source drivers are integrated with the substrate of the display panel using transistors. An AR/VR headset uses analog video transport between processor and visor and transmits and receives wirelessly.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a display device. A display panel outputs a first image in a first mode and outputs a second image in a second mode. A switch lens array is placed on the display panel and outputs the first image as a two-dimensional (2D) image in the first mode and converts the second image into a three-dimensional (3D) image in the second mode. A driving controller receives an image signal, converts the image signal into 2D image data based on a reference gamma value, and converts the image signal into 3D image data based on a correction reference gamma value different from the reference gamma value. A driving controller includes a gamma selection unit that selects one correction gamma value among a plurality of correction gamma values as the correction reference gamma value depending on predetermined depth information of the 3D image.

The present disclosure solves the problem of inconsistent display settings for the head-mounted device.

    Abstract: A control device for driving a display device includes a first channel having a first output device. The first output device outputs first transfer data to the first channel according to an enable signal. The first transfer data includes a preamble code and a function code. The first output device includes a preamble-code generator and a function-code generator. The preamble-code generator outputs a bit number of a predetermined value as the preamble code according to the bit number of preamble code. The bit number and the predetermined value are defined by the user. The function-code generator converts each of a function-code number of command codes into a respective bit code, and the function-code number of bit codes are output as the function code according to a lookup table. The mapping relationship between the command code and the bit code is stored in the lookup table.

The flicker debugging method for a display panel includes acquiring multiple display brightness data of the display panel in a preset time period; processing the multiple display brightness data to obtain a time-domain signal of the multiple display brightness data that is continuous in a time domain; determining the flicker degree parameter of the display panel according to the change rates of the display brightness data in multiple first time periods in the time-domain signal of the multiple display brightness data, where the duration of each first time period is determined according to the visual persistence time of a human eye, and the duration of the preset time period is greater than the duration of each first time period; and determining whether to debug the display panel according to the flicker degree parameter.
