摘要: A photoelectric detection circuit, a method of controlling the photoelectric detection circuit and a pixel unit are provided. The photoelectric detection circuit includes: a detection sub-circuit configured to generate a current flowing between a bias voltage signal terminal and a input node in response to an optical signal; a storage sub-circuit connected between the bias voltage signal terminal and the input node, and configured to store energy based on the current generated by the detection sub-circuit; an integrator sub-circuit having a first input terminal, a second input terminal and an output terminal, and configured to integrate a signal of the first input terminal based on a potential of the second input terminal to generate an integrated signal and output the integrated signal at the output terminal; and a control sub-circuit connected to a control signal terminal, the input node and the first input terminal of the integrator sub-circuit.

摘要: A display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel includes: a substrate; a driving circuit layer including a plurality of first thin film transistors and a second thin film transistor located on the substrate, wherein the second thin film transistor is located between adjacent first thin film transistors; a plurality of light-emitting elements located on one side of the driving circuit layer away from the substrate, and electrically connected to the plurality of first thin film transistors respectively; a photosensitive element located between adjacent light-emitting elements and electrically connected to the second thin film transistor; and a photoresist element located on an optical path of ambient light transmitted to a thin film transistor channel of the second thin film transistor within the display panel, so as to reduce ambient light transmitted to a thin film transistor channel of the second thin film transistor.

摘要: Provided is a method for transferring a chip, including: disposing a target substrate in a sealed chamber; applying charges of different polarities to a first alignment bonding structure of the target substrate and a first chip bonding structure of the chip, and injecting an insulation fluid flowing in a first direction into the sealed chamber, so that the first chip bonding structure is aligned with the first alignment bonding structure; applying charges of different polarities to a second alignment bonding structure of the target substrate and a second chip bonding structure of the chip, and changing the flowing direction of the insulation fluid to a second direction, so that the second chip bonding structure is aligned with the second alignment bonding structure; and applying a bonding force to the chip, so that the chip bonding structures is bonded to the alignment bonding structures.

摘要: A display panel is provided to include a substrate; a photoelectric sensing structure on a side of the substrate; a light emitting structure on a side of the photoelectric sensing structure distal to the substrate, and light emitting elements, each of which includes: a first electrode, a light emitting layer, and a second electrode which are successively in a direction distal to the substrate; and a light path structure between the photoelectric sensing structure and the second electrode, and configured to collimate light on a side of the photoelectric sensing structure distal to the substrate and having a propagation direction towards the photoelectric sensing structure; the photoelectric sensing structure and the light emitting structure do not overlap or partially overlap in a direction perpendicular to the substrate; and the light path structure at least partially overlaps the photoelectric sensing structure in the direction. The embodiment also provides a display device.

摘要: A piezoelectric sensor, a manufacturing method thereof and an electronic device are provided. The piezoelectric sensor includes a substrate, an active layer, the active layer being disposed at a side of the substrate: a first electrode, the first electrode being disposed at a side of the active laver a wav from the substrate, and the first electrode including a plurality of sub-electrodes disposed at intervals: a piezoelectric layer, the piezoelectric layer being disposed at a side of the first electrode away from the active layer; and a second electrode, the second electrode being disposed at a side of the piezoelectric layer away from the first electrode. The active layer is configured to be capable of switching between an insulating state and a conducting state, and in the conducting state the active layer is capable of conducting the plurality of sub-electrodes.
