Abstract: A display panel includes a display layer, a photosensitive layer and an infrared mask. The display layer is configured to display an image, the display layer has light-transmitting portions, and the light-transmitting portions are configured to transmit infrared light. The photosensitive layer is disposed on a side of the display layer. The infrared mask is disposed on a side of the photosensitive layer proximate to the display layer, the infrared mask has hollowed-out regions, the hollowed-out regions are configured to make the infrared mask have a preset pattern, and a region in the infrared mask except the hollowed-out regions is configured to prevent transmission of the infrared light. The photosensitive layer is configured to receive infrared light passing though the hollowed-out regions and the light-transmitting portions, and convert the infrared light into an image signal.

Abstract: A detection circuit, a skin print recognition device and a method for driving a detection circuit are disclosed. The detection circuit includes a photosensitive element, a switching sub-circuit and a charge releasing sub-circuit. The photosensitive element is electrically coupled to the switching sub-circuit and the charge releasing sub-circuit, and is configured to convert a received optical signal into an electrical signal, the switching sub-circuit is configured to output the electrical signal, and the charge releasing sub-circuit is configured to release charges in the photosensitive element after the switching sub-circuit outputs the electrical signal.

Abstract: A method for detecting a biometric information includes providing a biometric sensor including a base substrate, a light emitting layer and a touch detection layer on the base substrate, an encapsulating cover on a side of the light emitting layer away from the base substrate, and a photo-sensing layer between the light emitting layer and the base substrate; determining a touch position of a touch by a touch sensing circuit; determining a scanning region based on the touch position; controlling the light emitting layer to form a scanning light source to scan the scanning region in a scanning pattern, the scanning region encompassing the touch position; determining a light intensity distribution of a reflected light reflected by the surface of the biometric sensor in touch with the skin of the user based on signals from the plurality of photosensors; and determining the biometric information based on the light intensity distribution.

Abstract: An electrical signal detection module includes a photoelectrical signal application circuitry, an operational amplifier, a gain control circuitry and a master control circuitry. The gain control circuitry includes at least two gain control sub-circuitries connected in parallel to each other, and a discharge switching sub-circuitry connected in parallel to the gain control sub-circuitries. Each gain control sub-circuitry includes a gain switching sub-circuitry and a gain capacitive sub-circuitry connected in series to each other. The master control circuitry is configured to apply a discharge switching signal to the discharge switching sub-circuitry, and apply a gain switching control signal to the corresponding gain switching sub-circuitry. The gain switching sub-circuitry is configured to control a first end and a second end of the gain switching sub-circuitry to be electrically connected to each other in accordance with the gain switching control signal. The discharge switching sub-circuitry is configured to enable a first end of the gain capacitive sub-circuitry connected to the gain switching sub-circuitry to be electrically connected to, or electrically disconnected from, a second end of the gain capacitive sub-circuitry in accordance with the discharge switching signal.
