    摘要: A device for identifying a pattern over a first surface includes a photosensitive layer, and a light-guiding layer disposed between the photosensitive layer and the first surface. The photosensitive layer includes a plurality of photosensitive elements, each configured to convert incident light into an electrical signal. The light-guiding layer includes a plurality of light-guiding units, each positionally corresponding to one of the plurality of photosensitive elements. Each light-guiding unit include a plurality of light-transmitting portions, each configured to guide a light beam reflected from a feature of the pattern positionally corresponding thereto to transmit therethrough and reach one of the plurality of photosensitive elements corresponding to the each of the plurality of light-guiding units. The device can be used for identification of fingerprint, as well as other biometric or non-biometric features, and has a reduced thickness and an improved accuracy for pattern identification.

    摘要: An array substrate, a display panel and a display device are provided by the present disclosure. The array substrate includes a plurality of pixel structures in a display area of the array substrate and arranged in rows and columns, a plurality of first driving signal wires extending in a row direction; and a plurality of leads extending in a row direction, the plurality of leads including a plurality of first-type leads and at least one second-type lead. A respective first driving signal wire is electrically connected to a row of the pixel structures and is electrically connected to a respective first-type lead via a first electrical connection point. The at least one second-type lead is electrically connected to a respective first driving signal wire via a second electrical connection point and is connected in parallel with a corresponding first-type lead electrically connected to the respective first driving signal wire.

    摘要: The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a display panel, a display device, and a method for displaying Braille information. The display panel includes a plurality of scan lines, data lines, and display circuits arranged at intersections of the plurality of scan lines and the plurality of data lines. The display circuit includes a switch configured to be turned on or off according to a scan signal from the scan line, and a dot element coupled to the switch. The dot element includes a substrate, an electrode provided on the substrate, a thermosensitive layer provided on the electrode, and a dot key arranged on the thermosensitive layer. The electrode is coupled to the switch, and configured to be applied with a data signal from the data line when the switch is turned on. The thermosensitive layer is configured to be heated by the electrode to protrude the dot.

    摘要: An electrical signal detection module includes a photoelectrical signal application circuitry, an operational amplifier, a gain control circuitry and a master control circuitry. The gain control circuitry includes at least two gain control sub-circuitries connected in parallel to each other, and a discharge switching sub-circuitry connected in parallel to the gain control sub-circuitries. Each gain control sub-circuitry includes a gain switching sub-circuitry and a gain capacitive sub-circuitry connected in series to each other. The master control circuitry is configured to apply a discharge switching signal to the discharge switching sub-circuitry, and apply a gain switching control signal to the corresponding gain switching sub-circuitry. The gain switching sub-circuitry is configured to control a first end and a second end of the gain switching sub-circuitry to be electrically connected to each other in accordance with the gain switching control signal. The discharge switching sub-circuitry is configured to enable a first end of the gain capacitive sub-circuitry connected to the gain switching sub-circuitry to be electrically connected to, or electrically disconnected from, a second end of the gain capacitive sub-circuitry in accordance with the discharge switching signal.
