摘要: A device for identifying a pattern over a first surface includes a photosensitive layer, and a light-guiding layer disposed between the photosensitive layer and the first surface. The photosensitive layer includes a plurality of photosensitive elements, each configured to convert incident light into an electrical signal. The light-guiding layer includes a plurality of light-guiding units, each positionally corresponding to one of the plurality of photosensitive elements. Each light-guiding unit include a plurality of light-transmitting portions, each configured to guide a light beam reflected from a feature of the pattern positionally corresponding thereto to transmit therethrough and reach one of the plurality of photosensitive elements corresponding to the each of the plurality of light-guiding units. The device can be used for identification of fingerprint, as well as other biometric or non-biometric features, and has a reduced thickness and an improved accuracy for pattern identification.

摘要: An array substrate, a display panel and a display device are provided by the present disclosure. The array substrate includes a plurality of pixel structures in a display area of the array substrate and arranged in rows and columns, a plurality of first driving signal wires extending in a row direction; and a plurality of leads extending in a row direction, the plurality of leads including a plurality of first-type leads and at least one second-type lead. A respective first driving signal wire is electrically connected to a row of the pixel structures and is electrically connected to a respective first-type lead via a first electrical connection point. The at least one second-type lead is electrically connected to a respective first driving signal wire via a second electrical connection point and is connected in parallel with a corresponding first-type lead electrically connected to the respective first driving signal wire.

The display panel includes a plurality of scan lines, data lines, and display circuits arranged at intersections of the plurality of scan lines and the plurality of data lines. The display circuit includes a switch configured to be turned on or off according to a scan signal from the scan line, and a dot element coupled to the switch. The dot element includes a substrate, an electrode provided on the substrate, a thermosensitive layer provided on the electrode, and a dot key arranged on the thermosensitive layer. The electrode is coupled to the switch, and configured to be applied with a data signal from the data line when the switch is turned on. The thermosensitive layer is configured to be heated by the electrode to protrude the dot.

摘要: An electrical signal detection module includes a photoelectrical signal application circuitry, an operational amplifier, a gain control circuitry and a master control circuitry. The gain control circuitry includes at least two gain control sub-circuitries connected in parallel to each other, and a discharge switching sub-circuitry connected in parallel to the gain control sub-circuitries. Each gain control sub-circuitry includes a gain switching sub-circuitry and a gain capacitive sub-circuitry connected in series to each other. The master control circuitry is configured to apply a discharge switching signal to the discharge switching sub-circuitry, and apply a gain switching control signal to the corresponding gain switching sub-circuitry. The gain switching sub-circuitry is configured to control a first end and a second end of the gain switching sub-circuitry to be electrically connected to each other in accordance with the gain switching control signal. The discharge switching sub-circuitry is configured to enable a first end of the gain capacitive sub-circuitry connected to the gain switching sub-circuitry to be electrically connected to, or electrically disconnected from, a second end of the gain capacitive sub-circuitry in accordance with the discharge switching signal.

摘要: Embodiments of the disclosure relate to a fingerprint identification device, a touch display panel, and a method for driving a fingerprint identification device. The fingerprint identification device for identification of a fingerprint of a finger, includes: at least one resonant chamber; and at least one ultrasonic generating and detecting device provided opposite to the at least one resonant chamber; each of the at least one ultrasonic generating and detecting device is configured to generate initial ultrasonic signals having a frequency which is identical to an initial intrinsic frequency of the resonant chamber in a condition of being untouched by the finger, and each of the at least one ultrasonic generating and detecting device is also configured to convert the ultrasonic signals reflected by ridges and valleys of the finger into electrical signals, and to determine information on pattern of the finger depending on the electrical signals.
