Abstract: The disclosure provides a micro-wave transducer and a manufacturing method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of communication. The micro-wave transducer includes: a dielectric layer having a first surface and a second surface oppositely arranged; a first electrode layer arranged on the first surface of the dielectric layer, and the reference electrode layer being provided with at least one first opening; at least one transducer electrode arranged on the second surface of the dielectric layer, wherein an orthographic projection of one transducer electrode on the dielectric layer is within an orthographic projection of one first opening on the dielectric layer; at least one first microstrip line arranged on the second surface of the dielectric layer, wherein one first microstrip line is configured to feed one transducer electrode.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a chip structure, a packaging structure and a manufacturing method for the chip structure. The chip structure includes at least one chip body, each of which includes at least one radio frequency front-end device; the chip structure further includes a redistribution layer stacked on the chip body and at least one pin on the redistribution layer; each radio frequency front-end device corresponds to one pin, which is electrically connected to the radio frequency front-end device through an electrical connector extending through the redistribution layer; an extending direction of the radio frequency front-end device is consistent with an extending direction of the pin corresponding to the radio frequency front-end device; a surface of the pin distal to the redistribution layer is a first plane. In the present disclosure, with the first plane, the chip may be directly and electrically connected to a flexible circuit board.

Abstract: Provided is a method for delaying signals. The method includes: determining a total quantity of delay phases by which a drive signal is to be delayed; determining, based on a clock period of each level of delay clock signals of a plurality of levels of delay clock signals, a quantity of clock periods of each level of delay clock signals that are required for delaying by the total quantity of delay phases, wherein the clock periods of the levels of delay clock signals decrease sequentially from a first level to a last level; and delaying the drive signal by the quantities of clock periods of the levels of delay clock signals sequentially in descending order, and outputting the drive signal after delay.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a phase shifting device, a driving method thereof, and an antenna. The phase shifting device of the present disclosure includes: data lines, scan lines and phase shifting units. Each phase shifting unit includes: a switch sub-circuit and a phase shifter. Control terminals of the switch sub-circuits in a same row are coupled to a same scan line, first terminals of the switch sub-circuits in a same column are coupled to a same data line, and a second terminal of each switch sub-circuit is coupled to a phase shifter included in the phase shifting unit to which the switch sub-circuit belongs. Each switch sub-circuit is configured to transmit, in response to a switch control signal provided by the scan line, a data voltage signal provided by the data line to the phase shifter to drive the phase shifter.
