Abstract: The present disclosure provides a chip structure, a packaging structure and a manufacturing method for the chip structure. The chip structure includes at least one chip body, each of which includes at least one radio frequency front-end device; the chip structure further includes a redistribution layer stacked on the chip body and at least one pin on the redistribution layer; each radio frequency front-end device corresponds to one pin, which is electrically connected to the radio frequency front-end device through an electrical connector extending through the redistribution layer; an extending direction of the radio frequency front-end device is consistent with an extending direction of the pin corresponding to the radio frequency front-end device; a surface of the pin distal to the redistribution layer is a first plane. In the present disclosure, with the first plane, the chip may be directly and electrically connected to a flexible circuit board.

Abstract: A data transmission method, includes: receiving N data packets sent by a communication opposite-end device, wherein each data packet includes a piece of target data, and N is a positive integer greater than 1; according to a receiving sequence of the N data packets from a first data packet to an Nth data packet, sequentially determining whether a transmission error occurs in each data packet; if it is determined that a data packet is transmitted incorrectly, storing, in a first queue, a piece of first indication information which indicates the data packet is transmitted incorrectly; and after it is determined that the reception of the N data packets ends, generating a first retransmission instruction, and sending the first retransmission instruction to the communication opposite-end device, wherein the first retransmission instruction includes information in the first queue.

Abstract: Provided are an ultrasonic imaging method and device, and a storage medium. The ultrasonic imaging method includes: acquiring an ultrasonic echo signal; segmenting the ultrasonic echo signal into a first predetermined number of sub-echo signals according to scan depths; performing amplitude apodization on each sub-echo signal with a predetermined window function to obtain processed sub-echo signals; completing ultrasonic imaging according to the processed sub-echo signals. At least one sub-echo signal is subjected to the follow processing: segmenting the at least one sub-echo signal into a second predetermined number of unit echo signals according to the scan depths, and assigning a weighting coefficient to each unit echo signal; performing amplitude apodization on each unit echo signal with the corresponding predetermined window function, and weighting the unit echo signals with corresponding weighting coefficients to obtain processed unit echo signals; and forming a processed sub-echo signal from the processed unit echo signals.
