摘要: Separating membrane of plastic material, made up of a bossed and waterproof sheet which is coupled with a permeable base layer. The bosses are of the cylindrical type with a double diameter and have such a shape and arrangement as to feature improved adhesion on both faces. The gripping of the adhesive is increased in order to obtain greater tear strength, on the upper face, and at the same time increases the area of contact with the base layer for a greater resistance to delamination on the lower face. In particular, inside each chamber there is an internal crown, which divides it like a necking into two superimposed compartments having the same diameter, wherein the first compartment has a depth amounting to at least ⅓ of the total. A production process for obtaining the membrane is also disclosed.

摘要: A method for fabricating a custom cranial remodeling device for correction of cranial deformities in a subject is described. The method comprises generating a three-dimensional head data file for the subject. Predetermined reference points are identified on the head. The predetermined reference points are utilized to calculate contour lines on the head. A modified head shape data file is generated and juxtaposed with the head represented by the three-dimensional head data file having the contour lines thereon. The modified head shape data file is used to generate a shape for a desired custom cranial remodeling device, the shape having an interior surface to contact the head and an outer surface The contour lines establish peripheral edges for the custom cranial remodeling device.

摘要: This system and method provide for manufacturing a multi-material hybrid structure comprising a single- or multi-layer sheet or tube, which are made of metals, fabrics, polymer and their combinations, and at least one layer or body made of formed resin. The methods include a simultaneous forming-injection process that followed with an additional sequence to initiate the forming process along with curing and/or solidification and/or bonding processes. The additional sequence provides a pressure drop inside the cavity using tool movement and or additional deformation of one/or several layers of the sheet using any fluid pressure, suction and/or electromagnetic force. The injection process can be used for any kind of synthetic or bio-based resin with or without fiber reinforcement. It is also integrated with supercritical assisted technology.

摘要: This disclosure provides a fluorine-containing mixture and a fluorine-containing super-oleophobic microporous membrane using the fluorine-containing mixture as a raw material, as well as preparation methods and applications for the fluorine-containing mixture and the fluorine-containing super-oleophobic microporous membrane. The fluorine-containing mixture of the present disclosure comprises, by weight percentage, the following components: Component A: 50%˜90%; Component B: 3%˜25%; Component C: 0%˜35%; Component D: 0%˜3%; wherein Component A comprises high molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene homopolymer or copolymer dispersion resin; Component B comprises one or more fluorine-containing alkyl acrylate monomers; Component C comprises one or more fluorine-free acrylates; Component D comprises high temperature free radical initiator. There's no need to add inflammable or explosive lubricating oil, making the process highly safe; and the obtained fluorine-containing super-oleophobic microporous membrane has high waterproof, air-permeable, oil-resistant and washable performance, in line with the needs of a new generation of waterproof and air-permeable protective clothing.

The production line integrates the functions of one-step foaming and supercritical fluid dyeing of polymer material, thereby being simple in structure, comprehensive in function, convenient to operate, high in production efficiency, good in product quality and low in cost; besides, the production line can carry out both dyeing and foaming operations, only foaming operation or only dyeing operation on polymer material.
