摘要： A method for mitigating loss circulation zones in a wellbore is provided. The method includes synthesizing a carbamate from an amine-curing agent, and the carbamate is mixed with an epoxy resin from the loss control composition. Chapter loss control composition is pumped into a wellbore with a loss circulation zone, wherein the loss control composition flows into the loss circulation zone. The carbamate of the loss control composition is allowed to decompose at wellbore temperatures, wherein the carbamate releases CO2 gas and the amine-curing agent. The CO2 gas foams the epoxy resin, expanding the epoxy resin to fill voids in the loss circulation zone, and the amine-curing agent cures the foamed epoxy resin, forming a loss control material that seals the loss circulation zone.

摘要： A polyvinyl chloride polymer (PVC) composite material is described herein. The PVC composite material includes 40-60 parts by weight of PVC, 40-60 parts by weight of calcium carbonate, 0.2-0.6 parts by weight of composite foaming agent, 3-5 parts by weight of foam regulator, 2-4 parts by weight of toughener, 0.8-1.2 parts by weight of lubricant, and 2-3 parts by weight of stabilizer. Meanwhile, the present invention provides a foam board made of the PVC composite material and flooring. The resulting PVC products have a high-strength structure and a good foaming property, bring the comfort to feet as the resilient flooring does, have a satisfied sound reduction and can be easily installed as the hard flooring could.

摘要： A method for making a faux wood material with a multilayer pattern effect and a mixed plastic material for use in the method involve: performing a compounding process on a thermoplastic elastomer material, a hard-segment-structure material and a foaming agent to form the mixed plastic material; performing through an extruder a first foaming process on the mixed plastic material to form a preliminary sheet having a density equal to 10% to 20% of the density of the mixed plastic material and a thickness of 1-4 mm; stacking preliminary sheets up; and performing through a hot-pressing mold a second foaming process on the stacked preliminary sheets to form the faux wood material having a density equal to 40%-50% of the density of the mixed plastic material. Accordingly, through the two foaming processes, a multilayer pattern effect can be presented on the faux wood material due to its density difference.

摘要： A thermoset non-isocyanate polyurethane foam (NIPU) composition includes a reaction product of a polycyclic carbonate, a polyamine; and a foaming ingredient including a carbonate-based chemical blowing agent. The reaction product is configured to form a urethane bond. The polycyclic carbonate and the polyamine can be bio-derived. A process for making the NIPU foam includes the steps of: (a) selecting a polycyclic carbonate and a polyamine; (b) mixing the polycyclic carbonate and the polyamine to form a reactant product including a partially cured gel matrix; (c) adding a foaming ingredient comprising a chemical blowing agent including a carbonate; (d) curing the mixture to form the NIPU foam. The reaction is tunable by changing cure temperature, water content, and/or acid composition.
