摘要: Some exemplary embodiments include an electrically driven cooling system for cooling non-engine components of a vehicle. The electrically driven cooling system includes a closed loop coolant flowpath including an electrically driven coolant pump and a radiator connected to the closed loop coolant flowpath, and one or more components connected in parallel and/or in series in the closed loop coolant flow path that receives the coolant. An electrically driven radiator fan is also operable to cool the coolant in the radiator. The electrically driven cooling system is flow isolated from any mechanically driven cooling system that provides coolant to the engine for vehicles that include an engine.

摘要: A hydraulic driven fan system includes at least one first fan motor and a second fan motor connected in series with each other. The system also includes a fixed displacement pump configured to supply a pressurized flow of a hydraulic fluid to the at least one first and second fan motors. The system includes a proportional flow control valve in fluid communication with the at least one first fan motor and configured to allow a regulated amount of the pressurized flow of the hydraulic fluid there through to the corresponding at least one first fan motor. The system includes a pressure compensator disposed parallel to the proportional flow control valve and configured to maintain a pressure difference across the proportional flow control valve. The system further includes a proportional pressure relief valve disposed parallel to the second fan motor and configured to control a pressure difference across the second fan motor.

摘要: A fan and a motor drive device thereof are provided. The motor drive device is configured to drive a motor and includes a control management unit and a voltage converter. The control management unit classifies target rotation speed signals provided by an ECU into multiple rotation speed ranges, each corresponding to a specific output duty ratio. The control management unit receives a target rotation speed signal transmitted from the ECU in a real-time manner, and output a voltage regulating signal, which is a pulse width modulation signal having a duty ratio corresponding to one of the rotation speed ranges in which the target rotation speed signal transmitted from the ECU falls. The voltage converter is connected between a power source and the motor, and is configured to regulate a voltage outputted to the motor in response to the voltage regulating signal having the specific duty ratio outputted from the control management unit, to regulate a rotation speed of the motor.

摘要: A method and a system for controlling a vehicle cooling system includes: a velocity prediction unit makes a prediction of at least one future velocity profile vpred for the vehicle; a temperature prediction unit predicts at least one future temperature profile Tpred for at least one component in the vehicle, based on at least tonnage for the vehicle; information related to a section of road ahead of the vehicle and on the at least one future velocity profile vpred. A cooling system control unit controls the cooling system based on the at least one future temperature profile Tpred and on a limit value temperature Tcomp_lim for the respective at least one component in the vehicle so that a number of fluctuations of an inlet temperature Tcomp_fluid_in_radiator for the cooling fluid flow into the radiator is reduced and/or so that a magnitude of the flow into the radiator is reduced when a temperature derivative dT/dt for the inlet temperature Tcomp_fluid_in_radiator exceeds a limit value dT/dtlim for the temperature derivative.
