    Abstract: Aspects of the present invention relate to a carriage assembly (3-n) for a swash plate engine (1) having a swash plate (7). The carriage assembly (3-n) has a carriage body (19) for reciprocating along a longitudinal axis (X-n). The carriage body (19) is configured to be connected to at least one piston (5-n). At least one bearing assembly (20-n) is disposed on the carriage body (19). The or each bearing assembly (20-n) includes a rolling bearing (21-n) configured to engage a rolling face of the swashplate (7); and a yoke (23-n) for supporting the rolling bearing (21-n). The yoke (23-n) is movable relative to the carriage body along the longitudinal axis. Aspects of the present invention also relate to a swash plate drive assembly (15); and a swash plate engine (1).

    Abstract: A method for absorbing hydrogen in a crankcase of a hydrogen internal combustion engine is provided, comprising injecting, by a hydrogen injector, hydrogen into a combustion chamber of the hydrogen combustion engine; wherein a piston of the hydrogen combustion engine is configured to compress and expand the hydrogen injected into the combustion chamber; injecting, by a nozzle, a hydrogen carrier medium into the crankcase for hydrogenation of the carrier medium inside the crankcase with hydrogen leaked from the combustion chamber past a side wall of the piston into the crankcase; collecting, by a collector, the hydrogenated carrier medium from the crankcase; heating, by a heater, the hydrogenated carrier medium for dehydrogenation of the carrier medium and extracting hydrogen from the hydrogenated carrier medium; and injecting, by the nozzle, the dehydrogenated carrier medium into the crankcase for hydrogenation. The present disclosure further provides a system for a motor vehicle, and a motor vehicle comprising the inventive system.

    Abstract: An engine oil pumping system is provided that employs an oil line that is attached to the drain of the oil tank of a vehicle with the opposing end of the oil line attached to a reservoir tank located in the trunk of the vehicle with a quick disconnect attachment. The system also includes an oil pump, a one way check valve and a powered check valve, which are both upstream of the oil pump. The engine oil pumping system can also include an engine oil changing kit that includes an engine oil filter relocation kit that facilitates the changing of the engine oil and filter.

    Abstract: A powertrain system includes a housing that defines a reservoir. A shaft is rotatably disposed in the housing, and the shaft defines a bore. A cap is positioned to seal the reservoir. The cap defines an opening configured to supply lubricant to the shaft. The opening in the cap is positioned proximal the shaft to spray the lubricant into the bore. In one form, the cap has a nozzle, and the nozzle defines the opening configured to supply the lubricant to the shaft. The shaft is configured to rotate about a rotational axis, and the bore extends along the rotational axis of the shaft. The nozzle is aligned with the rotational axis of the shaft to spray the lubricant into the bore in order to lubricate bearings and other parts of the system.

    Abstract: A quick return oil cylinder liner is disclosed. The cylinder liner includes an elongated cylindrical body having an outer surface and an inner surface defining a liner central axis extending between a first liner axial end and a second liner axial end. The inner surface is configured to form a combustion chamber with a piston and an engine housing. A quick oil return part is arranged on the inner surface of the cylinder liner corresponding to a non-skirt part of the piston. The oil return part is positioned below a position of the inner surface corresponding to an oil blade of an oil ring of the piston when the piston is positioned at a bottom dead center position. The oil return part extends to the second linear axial end and forms at opening at the second liner axial end.

The second connecting path connects the third crank chamber and the fourth crank chamber to each other. The third wall does not have a passage connecting the second crank chamber and the third crank chamber to each other.
