    摘要: A hydrostatic traction drive includes a hydrostatic pump and a hydrostatic motor connected to each other in an open circuit. One of the pump and motor is pressure-regulated while the other is torque-controlled or regulated in terms of pivot angle. A braking mode is therefore possible in which the secondary-side braking torque can be adapted to the permissible primary-side supporting torque of a primary machine coupled to the pump. To further increase the braking power, even in a high rotational phase of the primary machine, the permissible drag torque thereof can be temporarily exceeded. To further increase the braking power and therefore to have high-performance braking during operation, further means for converting energy can be provided in order to adjust a secondary-side braking torque and a primary-side supporting torque independently of each other.

    摘要: A hydraulic drive for feed rollers of a head of a complete timber harvester includes two radial piston motors coupled for conjoint rotation to the feed rollers. One radial piston motor has only one displacement volume and the other radial piston motor has two displacement volumes, between which it is possible to switch. A tree trunk clamped between the feed rollers can thus be moved at two speeds. At the higher speed, pressure medium circulates under a control pressure in the second displacement volume of the switchable radial piston motor.

The first motor is configured to be driven by a working fluid and to drive a first spreader disc in rotation. The second motor is configured to be driven by the working fluid and to drive a second spreader disc in rotation. The valve system is configured to transition between a series flow arrangement and a parallel flow arrangement. The series flow arrangement is configured to direct the working fluid to the second motor through the first motor. The parallel flow arrangement is configured to direct a first portion of the working fluid to the first motor, and to direct a second portion of the working fluid to the second motor.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling the running speed of a hydraulic motor. A hydraulic motor employable for a construction machine such as a power shovel or the like as a driving power source is constructed such that its rotational speed can be changed to assume either a high speed (low torque) or a low speed (high torque) so as to cope with differences in the running state of the construction machine. The apparatus of the subject invention assures that the running state of the construction machine is determined by not only the running load of a hydraulic motor but also its rotational speed, whereby the construction machine can run smoothly at all times.

    摘要: A crawler having a friction driven elastomeric belted track which is driven by rear mounted main drive wheels and front mounted auxiliary drive wheels. The auxiliary drive wheels are operatively coupled through hydraulic clutches to hydraulic motors that are fluidically coupled to a reversible variable displacement pump. An electronic controller controls the output of the pump so that the auxiliary drive wheels are driven at a speed less than the main drive wheels in the forward direction at a speed equal to or greater than the speed of the main drive wheels in the reverse direction. A valve assembly selectively couples and decouples the hydraulic clutches for engaging and disengaging the motor when turning the vehicle.

    摘要: A hydrostatic transmission system for driving vehicle traction motors and wheels in both two and four wheel-drive in which may be selectively combined both closed and open loop circuits. The system includes engine speed control, circuit drive and control means which include a reversible variable displacement pump delivering pressure fluid selectively to drive motors at two or four traction wheels, and a fixed displacement pump combining its output with that of the variable displacement pump to effect a ''''high gear'''' wheel speed ratio in two-wheel drive as compared with ''''low gear'''' wheel speed ratio in four-wheel drive. The control means includes flow divider-combiner and valve means to proportion the total pump flow in four-wheel drive between front and rear pairs of wheels and also between the nondirigible wheels of one of said pairs of wheels for differentiating the speed of the latter wheels during vehicle turning, to enable a smooth transition betweeen two and four-wheel drive and vice versa under any driving condition, and to compatibly combine open and closed loop circuits in the same drive system.
