In one example, a transmission system operating method includes maintaining a displacement set-point of a variable displacement hydraulic motor in a hydrostatic assembly within a working zone, where at least a portion of a boundary of the working zone is determined based on a kinematic constraint of the hydrostatic assembly. the transmission system includes the hydrostatic assembly that includes the variable displacement hydraulic motor that is hydraulically coupled in parallel with a variable displacement hydraulic pump and a gearbox mechanically coupled to the hydrostatic assembly and including one or more clutches.

摘要: A work vehicle includes: an engine; a hydraulic pump that is driven by the engine; hydraulic cylinders that are extended and contracted by pressurized fluid delivered from the hydraulic pump; a work device that is moved according to the extension/contraction operations of the hydraulic cylinders; a travel device that is driven independently of the work device; an electrically driven motor that is driven by electric power generated by the engine to operate the travel device; and a controller that controls the hydraulic cylinders and the electrically driven motor. The controller controls the output power of the hydraulic pump and the output power of the electrically driven motor by changing the distribution ratios of a first torque consumed by the work device and a second torque consumed by the travel device among torques output by the engine, on the basis of a reaction force received by the vehicle body.

The transmission arrangement further includes a control apparatus configured to reduce to zero or to nearly zero the second expulsion volume at least during a changeover from one transmission stage to another transmission stage of the manual transmission.

摘要: A hydrostatic transmission for a traction drive includes a first hydraulic machine that is coupled to a drive machine and that has an adjustable displacement volume and a second hydraulic machine that is fluidically connected to the first hydraulic machine and that is coupled to a drive output of the traction drive. At the first hydraulic machine, a control pressure acts in the direction of an enlargement of its displacement volume and a working pressure of the second hydraulic machine acts in the opposite direction. The hydrostatic transmission further includes a control device that varies the control pressure to influence a torque of the second hydraulic machine. The control device stores a characteristic map by which a setpoint control pressure is determined as a function of a setpoint torque and a displacement volume of the second hydraulic machine so as to regulate the torque of the second hydraulic machine.

摘要: A method of propelling a vehicle with a hybrid mode and a hydrostatic mode includes determining if a current propulsion mode is hybrid and if a selected mode is hydrostatic. A first transition mode is entered if the selected mode is hydrostatic and the current mode is hybrid. An engine-pump displacement target is set in the first transition mode. The method may include determining if the current mode is hybrid, hydrostatic, or a no-propulsion mode and if the selected mode is hybrid, hydrostatic, or no-propulsion. The engine-pump displacement target may be matched to a system consumption and an accumulator isolation valve closed when an engine-pump output matches the system consumption in the first transition mode. The method may include entering a second transition mode if the selected mode is hybrid and the current mode is hydrostatic. A method of configuring a propulsion mode from hybrid to hydrostatic includes configuring a drive motor displacement target to full displacement, matching a pump displacement to system consumption, and closing an accumulator isolation valve when a pump flow output matches the system consumption.

摘要: A hydrostatic drive has a hydrostatic pump (3) driven by a drive motor (2) and connected in a closed circuit with a hydrostatic motor (4). The closed circuit is formed by a first hydraulic connection (6a) and a second hydraulic connection (6b). Each of the hydraulic connections (6a, 6b) can form the high-pressure side or the low-pressure side of the closed circuit. A high pressure accumulator device (20) can be connected with the respective high-pressure side hydraulic connection (6a, 6b) and, simultaneously, the respective low-pressure side hydraulic connection (6b, 6a) can be connected with a hydraulic balancing device (30). A valve device (50) is provided for this simultaneous connection. The valve device (50) is a hydraulically controlled shuttle valve device (51) connected to the two hydraulic connections (6a, 6b), the high pressure accumulator device (20) and the hydraulic balancing device (30). The shuttle valve device (30) has a high pressure accumulator path (51a) and a hydraulic balancing path (51b), and is in communication with the two hydraulic connections (6a, 6b) of the closed circuit.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a hydro-mechanical transmission having two rotating groups that mount on a common shaft. At least one of the rotating groups operates as a variable displacement pump or motor. At least one of the rotating groups interacts with a torque transfer unit rotatable about the shaft axis relative to both the shaft and the rotating group. The torque transfer unit includes a valve plate, a swash plate and a torque output section that all rotate in unison with one another about the shaft axis relative to the shaft and the rotating group. The valve plate includes an inlet passage for inletting hydraulic fluid to the rotating group and an outlet passage for outletting hydraulic fluid from the rotating group.

The fluid working machine (12) is connected to the fluid pumping device (2) and a re-circulating loop is provided for the fluid working machine (12). The re-circulating loop is fluidly connecting a first fluid port (A) and a second fluid port (B) of the fluid working machine (12), where the first (A) and the second fluid port (B) are at times at a different pressure level. The re-circulating loop comprises a controllable fluid throttling device (21, 22), and a switchable fluid conduit device (23, 24), so that a defined decelerating force can be generated for the fluid working machine (12).
