    摘要: A generator system comprising a generator and an engine positioned within an enclosure, the engine having an engine coolant system and an air intake; a fan positioned to force air through the heater core; a low temperature fluid circuit comprising a heater core positioned within the enclosure, a first coolant heater in fluid communication with the heater core, and a first pump in fluid communication with the first coolant heater and configured to pump heated coolant from the first coolant heater to the heater core; and a high temperature fluid circuit comprising a radiator, second coolant heater, and a second pump in fluid communication with the second coolant heater and configured to pump heated coolant from the second coolant heater through the high temperature fluid circuit, wherein the low temperature fluid circuit and the high temperature fluid circuit are each in fluid communication with the coolant system of the engine.

    摘要: A system for diagnosing lack of coolant of a vehicle to which an integrated thermal management valve is applied according to the present disclosure includes an integrated thermal management valve including a plurality of valves which are openable and closable, and configured to selectively distribute coolant introduced from a head of an engine to front ends of a radiator, a heater, and an oil cooler, a coolant temperature sensor installed on each of a coolant inlet, a coolant outlet, and a block of the engine and configured to measure a temperature of the coolant, and a control unit configured to determine whether the coolant is insufficient by monitoring a decrease amount of a coolant temperature difference measured from the block and the coolant outlet, and finally determine whether the coolant is insufficient by accumulating an increase amount of a temperature difference between the coolant outlet and the coolant inlet.

    摘要: The present invention is proposed to simplify a structural complexity of a conventional oil cooling method for a car motor, reduce a material cost, and also achieve improved cooling performance, in which a cooling liquid, which is provided through a cooling pipe in a conventional case, is sprayed onto a heating portion in a motor through a reservoir tank and a nozzle which are attached to a motor housing through a direct cooling method. A reservoir space is integrally formed with the motor housing or is formed to be separate from the motor housing, a pressure of the cooling liquid is uniformly maintained and damped, and the cooling liquid introduced into the reservoir tank through a flow path formed without a cooling pipe is directly sprayed onto the heating portion to cool the heating portion such as a stator core or a coil.

    摘要: The invention relates to an auxiliary engine system (AES) for heating an electric car comprising a heating system and a rechargeable power source powering an electric motor. The AES comprises an internal combustion engine (ICE) producing heat to heat the electric car. The AES can heat people transported in the electric car and/or the rechargeable power source. The ICE can be coupled with an electric energy generator. The ICE can be air and/or liquid cooled which systems can heat the electric car. The ICE can be fueled by defined types of fuel. The ICE can be a two-stroke engine, a four-stroke engine, a turbine. The rechargeable power source can be coupled with a defined electrocomponent. The AES can be provided in a modular system. A heating method for an electric car is proposed.
