摘要: A load sensing hydraulic system is disclosed of the type in which a load signal is communicated from downstream of a main flow control orifice to a device which is operable to vary the fluid delivery rate in response to changes in the load signal. Disposed in the load signal conduit is a load signal modulating valve which, in one position, communicates the load signal, substantially unchanged, to the variable fluid source. In another position of the modulating valve, the load signal chamber of the variable fluid source is drained to tank, while in intermediate positions of the modulating valve, a portion of the load signal is communicated to the variable fluid source, and a portion is bled to tank. Modulation of a load signal permits flow control in an hydraulic system, independent of the position or movement of the main spool valve. The input to the modulating valve may be manual or electric, and if electric, may be remote, or may be automatic in response to certain predetermined system conditions.

摘要: A load responsive fluid power control system using servo type flow control valves and fluid motors supplied by a variable displacement pump. The pump displacement is regulated by a control valve in response to the motor load pressure to vary the pump displacement to maintain a constant preselectable ratio between the pump outlet pressure and motor load pressure and to vary the pressure differential between pump outlet pressure and motor load pressure with variation in magnitude of the load. The pump control also limits maximum and minimum system pressures.

When the control device determines that the flow is not in the transient flow state, it controls the movement of the valve body on the basis of the opening command, and when the control determines that the flow is in the transient flow state, it controls the movement of the valve body on the basis of the target flow rate value.

摘要: A vehicle having a thick matter pump has multiple supporting devices, a rotatable mast assembly with part-mast members, and a hydraulic drive assembly with hydraulic drives for the supporting devices and the mast assembly. A valve assembly is provided for the hydraulic drive assembly. The valve assembly has a group of proportional valves and a group of switching valve devices which are each connected to at least one hydraulic drive of the supporting devices or the part-mast members. The switching valve devices are connected downstream of the proportional valves. Exactly one switching valve device is supplied by exactly one proportional valve and is connected downstream of exactly one proportional valve such that outputs of the proportional valves lead exclusively to inputs of the switching valve devices.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a hydraulic control circuit for crane slewing gear having directional valves arranged in work lines and controllable separately for the inflow and outflow to the hydraulic motor for the carrying out of a rotational movement of the slewing gear, wherein an inflow valve serves the control of the oil inflow from a hydraulic pump via the work line to the hydraulic motor and an outflow valve is provided via which the hydraulic motor can be relieved to the tank, wherein the work lines are each connected via at least one check valve to a common inlet of the outflow valve to relieve the hydraulic motor independently of the direction of rotation of the slewing gear via an outflow valve into the tank.

The first oil passage is connected to the first control valve to supply hydraulic oil to the first control valve. The second control valve connected to the second hydraulic actuator to control the second hydraulic actuator. The second oil passage connects the second control valve and the first hydraulic actuator via the first control valve. Hydraulic oil returning from the first hydraulic actuator to the first control valve is to be supplied to the second control valve through the second oil passage. The bypass oil passage connects the first oil passage and the second oil passage.
