摘要: An apparatus is disclosed including a desulfurization device which removes sulfur oxides contained in boiler flue gas, a spray drying device which sprays desulfurization waste water discharged from the desulfurization device and which dries the waste water by introducing a drying gas, a flue gas supplying line L13 which returns, to a main flue L11, flue gas obtained after the desulfurization waste water is evaporated and dried, an alkaline agent supplying unit which adds an alkaline agent to a desulfurization waste water line L21, and a pH meter which measures the pH in the desulfurization waste water at locations before and after the alkaline agent supplying unit in the desulfurization waste water line L21, wherein the alkaline agent is added in accordance with a measurement result of a measured pH to cause the desulfurization waste water added with the alkaline agent to have a pH fall within a predetermined pH.

摘要: A method of scrubbing a gas, such as flue gas or exhaust gas, comprising carbon dioxide to deplete the gas of carbon dioxide (CO2), the method comprising the steps of: scrubbing the gas in a scrubber (210) with a first alkaline, aqueous scrubbing liquid to dissolve carbon dioxide (CO2) as hydrogen carbonate (HCO3−) and/or as carbonate (CO32−) in the first alkaline, aqueous scrubbing liquid, thereby providing a first spent aqueous scrubbing liquid comprising hydrogen carbonate (HCO3−) and/or carbonate (CO32−), the first spent aqueous scrubbing liquid having a pH from about 7 to about 9; feeding the first spent aqueous scrubbing liquid to an anode chamber of an electrolytic cell (310) comprising the anode chamber (313) and a cathode chamber (312) separated by a membrane (311); regenerating the first spent aqueous scrubbing liquid in the electrolytic cell (310) by electrolysis, the electrolysis increasing the pH of the first spent aqueous scrubbing liquid in the cathode chamber (312), the electrolysis further depleting the first spent aqueous scrubbing liquid of hydrogen carbonate (HCO3−) and of carbonate (CO32−) in the anode chamber (313) by decreasing the pH, the regeneration further comprising generating gaseous hydrogen in the cathode chamber (312) and a gaseous mixture of oxygen and carbon dioxide (CO2) in the anode chamber (313) by electrolysis; and withdrawing regenerated alkaline, aqueous scrubbing liquid from the cathode chamber (312) and re-circulating it to the scrubber (210); wherein: the gaseous hydrogen is withdrawn from the cathode chamber (312); and the gaseous mixture of oxygen and carbon dioxide is withdrawn from the anode chamber (313).

摘要: The present disclosure provides a microbiological treatment system including a hydration system and microbiological degradation systems. The hydration system may include a gas-liquid mixing chamber, a gas inlet, a gas outlet, a liquid inlet, and a liquid outlet, the latter four being fluidly coupled to the chamber. The gas inlet is configured to introduce an ethylene oxide exhaust gas into the chamber to mix with an aqueous solution to form an ethylene oxide exhaust liquor. The liquid outlet is configured to discharge the ethylene oxide exhaust liquor. Each microbiological degradation system may include a degradation chamber containing degradation bacteria including one of anaerobic bacteria, facultative bacteria, or aerobic bacteria. The degradation chambers of the microbiological degradation systems may be in fluid communication sequentially in a predetermined degradation sequence, with the most upstream in the degradation sequence having a liquid inlet in fluid communication with the liquid outlet.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a sterilization exhaust gas treatment system, which may include a gas liquefaction recovery system, a pressure swing adsorption recovery system, a reaction system, a temperature swing adsorption recovery system, a hydration system, a recovery and storage system, and a wastewater treatment system. The gas liquefaction recovery system, the pressure swing adsorption recovery system, the reaction system, the temperature swing adsorption recovery system, and the hydration system may be fluidly connected in sequence through first connecting pipes. The gas liquefaction recovery system, the pressure swing adsorption recovery system, and the temperature swing adsorption recovery system may each be fluidly connected to the recovery and storage system through second connecting pipes. The hydration system may be fluidly connected to the wastewater treatment system through wastewater pipes. The present disclosure also provides a method for treating ethylene oxide-containing sterilization exhaust gas using the sterilization exhaust gas treatment system.
