摘要: The present disclosure relates to strains for degrading ethylene oxide and degradation agents comprising the same, wherein the strains are Acetobacter peroxydans EO-01 strain with Deposit number of CGMCC No. 18431; Lactobacillus fermentum EO-02 strain with Deposit number of CGMCC No. 18432; or Bacillus subtilis EO-03 strain with Deposit number of CGMCC No. 18433. The strains are capable of safely and efficiently degrading ethylene oxide. The present disclosure also provides a method for purifying and producing strains that can degrade ethylene oxide, and a method for biodegrading ethylene oxide.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses systems and methods for treating ethylene oxide waste gas. The system for treating ethylene oxide waste gas includes a compounding treatment assembly, an adsorption treatment assembly, and a hydration treatment assembly. The compounding treatment assembly includes a compounding tower to contain a compounding substrate, a first gas inlet, and a first gas outlet. The adsorption treatment assembly includes an adsorber to contain an adsorbent, a second gas inlet, and a second gas outlet. A first connecting pipe connects the first gas outlet with the second gas inlet. The hydration treatment assembly includes a hydration tower to contain water, a third gas inlet, and a third gas outlet. A second connecting pipe connects the second gas outlet with the third gas inlet and an exhaust pipe in communication with the third gas outlet exhausts the gas from the hydration tower.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a method for screening bacteria capable of tolerating and degrading ethylene oxide, comprising: preliminary screening, purification, ethylene oxide tolerance acclimatization, and ethylene oxide degradation acclimatization. The methods for screening and acclimatization provided by the present application is simple to operate, and the ability of the acclimatized strains to degrade ethylene oxide is significantly improved. Therefore, a series of ethylene oxide-degrading strains capable of tolerating and degrading ethylene oxide may be obtained, which have excellent treatment performance and is safe, environmentally friendly, and is of great significance for decontamination treatment of ethylene oxide.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a gas liquefaction separator, a gas liquefaction recovery system, and a method for separating and recovering ethylene oxide. The gas liquefaction separator includes a housing, a blocking plate, a gas baffle, and a liquid collector, the latter three being located inside the housing. The liquid collector—an outer edge of which is connected to an inner wall of the housing—is located below the gas baffle, which is located below the blocking plate. The liquid collector includes a first flow guide surface, on a bottom portion of which is disposed a first hole. The gas baffle—an upper surface of which forms a second flow guide surface and an outer edge of which has a protrusion(s)—is connected to the first flow guide surface through the protrusion(s), thereby forming a second hole between the outer edge of the gas baffle and the first flow guide surface.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a device, system, and method for treating an ethylene oxide waste gas. The system includes a first pressure swing adsorption tower, a first thermostatic assembly, a gas storage tank, a first branch pipe, and a second branch pipe. The first pressure swing adsorption tower comprises a first accommodating chamber which accommodates an adsorption material. A first vent port and a first exhaust port are in communication with the first accommodating chamber. The first pressure swing adsorption tower is partially disposed in the first thermostatic assembly. The gas storage tank comprises a gas inlet/outlet port. The first branch pipe and the second branch pipe are in communication with the first vent port. The first branch pipe couples the first vent port with the gas inlet/outlet port and the second branch pipe introduces an ethylene oxide waste gas into the first pressure swing adsorption tower.

摘要: A system for treating ethylene oxide-containing sterilization exhaust gas comprises a reaction column further comprising a column body, and an inner cavity configured to contain a liquid substrate for catalyzing ethylene oxide in ethylene oxide-containing sterilization exhaust gas; wherein the column body comprises a bottom portion having a gas inlet pipe and a liquid outlet pipe, the gas inlet pipe configured to inject the ethylene oxide-containing sterilization exhaust gas into the inner cavity and the liquid outlet pipe configured to discharge the liquid substrate from the inner cavity; and wherein, the column body comprises a top portion comprising a gas outlet pipe having a gas inlet above a liquid level of the liquid substrate; and at least one gas distributor configured to disperse the ethylene oxide-containing sterilization exhaust gas injected from the gas inlet pipe into the inner cavity.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a microbiological treatment system including a hydration system and microbiological degradation systems. The hydration system may include a gas-liquid mixing chamber, a gas inlet, a gas outlet, a liquid inlet, and a liquid outlet, the latter four being fluidly coupled to the chamber. The gas inlet is configured to introduce an ethylene oxide exhaust gas into the chamber to mix with an aqueous solution to form an ethylene oxide exhaust liquor. The liquid outlet is configured to discharge the ethylene oxide exhaust liquor. Each microbiological degradation system may include a degradation chamber containing degradation bacteria including one of anaerobic bacteria, facultative bacteria, or aerobic bacteria. The degradation chambers of the microbiological degradation systems may be in fluid communication sequentially in a predetermined degradation sequence, with the most upstream in the degradation sequence having a liquid inlet in fluid communication with the liquid outlet.
