摘要: A method for determining material-cage stacking, a computer device, and a storage medium are provided. The method includes the following. A material-cage image is obtained by photographing a first stacking apparatus of a first material cage and a second stacking apparatus of a second material cage. The stacking apparatuses of the two material cages in the material-cage image can be recognized respectively with two detection models. The first stacking result is obtained by obtaining location information of the stacking apparatuses of the two material cages with the first detection model, and the second stacking result is obtained with the second detection model.

摘要: Shuttle robots (107) are used that are suitable for moving trolleys (106, 106′) under the control of a monitoring and control unit (190) for handling objects so as to move them from a collection point (110) to a palletizing station (151) remote from the collection point, the shuttle robots being autonomously movable and being suitable for hitching to and unhitching from the trolleys, the monitoring and control unit controls the shuttle robots so that they move the objects on trolleys from the collection point to a buffer storage zone (141) where the articles on the trolleys are grouped together into batches of articles for palletizing, and the monitoring and control unit controls the shuttle robots so that they take the objects on trolleys grouped together in batches from the buffer storage zone and move them in sequence to the palletizing station.

摘要: A palletizing elevator is provided that lowers gradually a pallet thereon from an upper level as it is filled with products, and by providing an empty pallet infeed system that moves empty pallets towards the palletizing elevator simultaneously to the palletizing of products thereon. The empty pallet infeed system includes an empty pallet elevator for raising empty pallets to the upper level and a conveying system between the empty pallet elevator and the palletizing elevator for moving the empty pallets of from the empty pallet elevator at the upper level to the palletizing elevator while a pallet is moved by the palletizing elevator during its filling.

摘要: Associated to the first product of each group or slug of products being formed is a first engagement element which follows the movement of advance of said first product, preventing it from falling forwards in the direction of advance. In such conditions, the products are made to advance according to a stacking path that is substantially horizontal, setting them up against the first product, and thus determining the formation of groups or slugs of products and counting the number of products stacked. When the number of products stacked reaches the desired value, the last product in the group is engaged by a second engagement element which exerts an action of thrust in a forward direction on the slug of products thus formed, so causing separation thereof from the first product of a new slug being formed in the stacking structure. The stacking operation is performed on the products, which are set on edge after being tipped starting from a previous substantially horizontal position of advance. Preferably, the first retention element and the second retention element are inserted in the flow of the products in a position corresponding to the region in which the aforesaid movement of tipping the products into the on-edge position is performed.A preferential application is for plants for automatic packaging of products, such as foodstuffs.

摘要: A device for stacking rectangular bales of stalky material connected directly at the compression duct of a baling press consists of a horizontal platform supported to be displaceable in vertical guides and capable of being lowered from an uppermost position in several stages corresponding to the height of a bale to be stacked. The lowering stages are determined by mechanical pawls and the lowering movement is triggered automatically by a bale when reaching its end position via a bale sensing device. In order that entwining of material at the point of separation between adjoining bales of stalky material does not disturb the lowering movement, a forward bale is forcefully separated from a succeeding bale before lowering by additional forward feed elements controlled by bale sensing devices.
