摘要: Motion is coordinated between a robot and a mover in an independent cart system. A first mover for the independent cart system is located at an initial position, where the robot is mounted on the first mover. A motion trajectory command, defining motion of the robot and the first mover, is received at a motion controller. A mover command is generated for the first mover and a robot motion command is generated for the robot as a function of the motion trajectory command at the motion controller. The mover command is transmitted to a segment controller in a track segment on which the first mover is located, and the robot motion command is transmitted to a robot control system. Operation of the first mover is controlled with the segment controller in tandem with controlling operation of the robot with the robot control system responsive to the robot motion command.

The movable base defines a first battery compartment. The battery charge station defines a second battery compartment. The battery is movable by the movable base between a first position in which the battery is received in the first battery compartment and electrically coupled to the mobile base unit to provide power to the drive motor, and a second position in which the battery is received in the second battery compartment and electrically coupled to the battery charge station to charge the battery.

摘要: A robotic cleaner for removing material from a vessel, such as but not limited to a sumps, and storage tank, includes a chassis, elongated track members, and a cleaning head. A first elongated track member is on a first side of the chassis and a second elongated track member is on a second side of the chassis, and the elongated track members enable movement of the robotic cleaner along a surface. The cleaning head is supported by the chassis and is nested between the first and second elongated track members such that the first elongated track member and the second elongated track member overlap the cleaning head in a lateral direction. An inlet of the cleaning head may face a forward direction of the robotic cleaner.

摘要: An advanced system of cooperating solar module carrier robots for installing solar panels is provided. The system includes a computer vision system designed to route the cooperating solar module carrier robots to the solar tracker. The system also includes a robotic arm with a suction cup tool designed to pick up and hold a solar panel. The suction cup tool can include a set of suction cups, an actuator designed to create a vacuum in each suction cup of the set of suction cups. The suction cup tool also has an air nozzle designed to below off debris on a surface of the solar panel.

The off-road capable base vehicle and the robotic arm can communicate with each other and cooperate their movements to proceed to the solar tracker and align with the solar tracker in order for the robotic arm to pick up and lift the solar module during an installation of the solar module onto the solar tracker.-

摘要: According to one embodiment, a holding apparatus holds a moving body and changes a position of the moving body in a second direction perpendicular to a surface of a columnar body. The surface of the columnar body extends in the first direction. The moving body is movable along the first direction. The apparatus includes first and second holders separated from each other. The first holder includes first and second portions separated from each other, and a third portion. The second holder includes fourth and fifth portions separated from each other, and a sixth portion. The moving body is held by the first and second holders in a state in which the moving body is at a hold position. The hold position is where the moving body opposes the third and sixth portions and is between the first and second portions and between the fourth and fifth portions.
