    摘要: A method for forming and smoothing a hollow-profile guide rail of an elevator system uses a smoothing apparatus to smooth mutually opposing surfaces on a hollow-profile guide rail. The smoothing apparatus includes a guide device, a removal device and a pressing device. The guide device has rollers for moving in a low-friction manner in a longitudinal direction along a first of the opposing surfaces and to thus guide the smoothing apparatus along the first surface. The pressing device has spring elements to press the removal device away from the guide device and toward a second of the opposing surfaces. The removal device has a rasp element to remove material from the second surface during a movement in the longitudinal direction along the second surface.

    摘要: The invention relates to an elevator arrangement comprising an elevator shaft wall; and a guide rail line extending vertically at a distance from the shaft wall, the guide rail line being fixed to said wall with plurality of fixing brackets; and an elevator car vertically movable along at least said guide rail line; and a hoisting machine mounted at a first vertical level between the shaft wall and the guide rail line; and a hoisting roping movable with said hoisting machine, and connected to the elevator car; wherein the guide rail line extends in vertical direction past the hoisting machine the upper end of the guide rail line being higher than said hoisting machine, and said plurality of fixing brackets comprises one or more first fixing brackets higher than said hoisting machine, by which one or more first fixing brackets the portion of the guide rail line which portion is higher than said hoisting machine is fixed to the shaft wall; and wherein the hoisting machine comprising a motor and a rotatable drive wheel. The elevator arrangement comprises an elongated hoisting passage extending vertically between the shaft wall and the guide rail line inside which hoisting passage the hoisting machine fits to be hoisted, each said first fixing bracket being shaped to circumvent the hoisting passage. The aligning step is carried out after the measurement results of all measurement points have been stored in the memory.

    摘要: An aligning device is used for aligning a guide rail of an elevator system. The guide rail is held on a shaft wall of an elevator shaft and is displaceable in at least two horizontal directions, oriented crosswise with respect to each other, before a final fixation. The aligning device has a detection device that is configured to detect, in an automated manner, a position deviation of the guide rail from a nominal position, and has a hammer mill that is configured to hammer the guide rail in an automated manner depending on the detected position deviation by exerting pulse-like strikes in one of the horizontal directions toward the nominal position.

    摘要: A lean-to rigging apparatus is described for installation in a shaft, such as an elevator shaft, having a wall and including at least one sill opposite the wall. The rigging apparatus includes a spanning beam, a sill support structure, a wall support member, and a hoist connector. The sill support structure on a first end of the spanning beam is designed to seat against a sill in the in the shaft while the wall support member on a second end of the spanning beam abuts against the opposite shaft wall. The sill support structure is rigidly connected to the spanning beam in a hingeless configuration and can seat against a sill in a plurality of seating positions. These seating positions allow the rigging apparatus to be positioned in a plurality of angles and therefore to be installed in shafts of different dimensions. The hoist connector is configured to allow a connection to a hoist device for hoisting various materials from one level to another within the shaft.
