    摘要: A foundation structure is made up of a screw that is vertically adjustable into a pile to a desired height, a ball joint connected to the screw, and load bearing components that can be adjusted on the ball joint in 3-dimensional space with respect to the position of the pile. The load bearing components include at least two plates that, between them, define a hollow slot into which an anchor bolt can be held in place vertically while still having allowance for lateral motion. A load bearing plate at the top of the structure can be laterally translated based on movement of the anchor bolt. The load bearing plate is removably couplable to the floor of a building. The structure allows for vertical, lateral, and angular adjustment, providing tolerance for foundation misalignments due to inconsistencies inherent to topography and/or offset between an intended and an actual point of installation.

    摘要: A partition mount system includes an integrated plunger assembly. The integrated plunger assembly is constructed and arranged to be integrated into an interior of an end of an extension pole, for example a standard telescoping extension pole. Mounting of the plunger in an interior portion of the pole in this manner provides for a sleek design that is relatively lightweight. Assuming that the pole in which the anchor is mounted is part of a telescoping pole system, the anchor and plunger do not interfere with full travel of the interior pole with respect to other poles in the telescoping system. In this manner, operation of the telescoping pole system is not inhibited by the integrated plunger assembly.

    摘要: A lean-to rigging apparatus is described for installation in a shaft, such as an elevator shaft, having a wall and including at least one sill opposite the wall. The rigging apparatus includes a spanning beam, a sill support structure, a wall support member, and a hoist connector. The sill support structure on a first end of the spanning beam is designed to seat against a sill in the in the shaft while the wall support member on a second end of the spanning beam abuts against the opposite shaft wall. The sill support structure is rigidly connected to the spanning beam in a hingeless configuration and can seat against a sill in a plurality of seating positions. These seating positions allow the rigging apparatus to be positioned in a plurality of angles and therefore to be installed in shafts of different dimensions. The hoist connector is configured to allow a connection to a hoist device for hoisting various materials from one level to another within the shaft.

The hanger includes outward extensions that extend outward of the door frame to permit hanging of garlands and the like on either side of the doorway. The hanger may also include one or more central extensions for supporting the garlands or the like centrally above the doorway so that the garland or the like does not hang downward too much, thus keeping the doorway clear. The hanger can also be a part of the decoration around the doorway. Various configurations of the hanger may fit different widths of door frames, including a wide range of door frame widths, and features of the hanger provide additional flexibility for different door configurations including sidelights.

    摘要: A foundation support driving apparatus is provided. The apparatus includes a drive head which may be coupled to a hydraulic ram assembly for driving a foundation support. The drive head has sleeve plates that form a sleeve through which the foundation support may travel. The sleeve plates also form a pair of opposed yokes. The drive had has a pair of opposed rotating plates that rotate about respective pins positioned in opposed yokes. Gripping portions disposed at the inward ends of the rotating plates are adapted to engage the exterior surface of a foundation support extending through the sleeve. The hydraulic ram assembly rotates the rotating plates back and forth to move the gripping portions into and out of engagement with the foundation support in order to move the foundation support.
