摘要: A fuel selector for use with a dual fuel generator includes a selector plate, a first fuel valve assembly positioned adjacent the selector plate and actuatable between an ON position and an OFF position to selectively control a first fuel flow to an engine of the dual fuel generator, and a second fuel valve assembly positioned adjacent the selector plate and actuatable between an ON position and an OFF position to selectively control a second fuel flow to the engine of the dual fuel generator. A selector switch coupled to the selector plate is linearly translatable from a first position to a second position, so as to enable positioning of only one of the first fuel valve assembly and the second fuel valve assembly in the ON position at a given time, such that the first and second fuel valve assemblies cannot be in the ON position concurrently.

摘要: The application is directed to an extracorporeal blood processing system capable of using dialysate to prime the system. A plastic molded compact manifold supports molded blood and dialysate fluidic pathways along with relevant sensors, valves and pumps. The compact manifold is also disposable in one embodiment and can be detachably installed in the dialysis machine. A two-way valve in the manifold is used to direct the dialysate flow through the blood circuit to prime the circuit for use in treatment.

摘要: A coaxial coupling 10 includes a female coupling half 50 and a male coupling half 130. The coupling 10 is used in a hydraulic circuit 100 that includes a multistage hydraulic pump 101 and a hydraulic machine 102. The coupling is used in the circuit 100 to connect components when the pump is running. The coupling halves have a disconnected configuration (FIG. 1), a connection initiation configuration (FIG. 2), and a fully connected configuration (FIG. 3). Coupling half 50 includes a manually actuated restrictor 1 that signals the pump 101 to move to a low flow condition independently of load demand from the machine 102 in the connection initiation configuration. This reduces the forces required to move the coupling halves from the connection initiation configuration to the fully connected configuration.

摘要: A well choke, and an actuation mechanism for the well choke are described. The actuation mechanism includes a linearly translating drive mechanism which is coupled to a valve member drive assembly through a fluid coupling which facilitates a change in the overall length of the actuation mechanism. Fluid in the fluid coupling can be released in response to fluid pressure exerted on the valve member when it is proximate a valve seat of the choke, to achieve this change in length. In some embodiments, the fluid coupling will provide a retained fluid column and the valve member drive assembly will include a piston with in the fluid coupling which is movable from a fully extended to a compressed, by the release of fluid from the coupling in response to pressure in the chamber reaching a threshold level.

摘要: An apparatus and method for mounting and inflating tires is described that is suitable for quickly sealing the beads of a tire to the rim of a wheel. The present invention delivers a high volume of pressurized air to an interior of a tire through a nozzle. The apparatus of the invention is particularly well suited for tire changing machines and tire mounting subsystems. The apparatus includes a tire changing station, an air supply controller, and a nozzle capable of delivering a high volume of pressurized fluid into an interior of a tire through a valve stem hole of the wheel rim.

The attachment assembly includes a mounting bracket having at least three mounting locations spaced apart around an opening, a valve configured to fluidly connect the tank and the bowl, the valve being configured to engage the bottom of the tank and the opening in the mounting bracket, a valve nut configured to couple to the valve to secure the mounting bracket between the valve nut and the tank, and at least three fasteners configured to secure the mounting bracket to the bowl. The at least three fasteners are disposed external to the tank and couple the tank to the bowl without directly engaging the tank.
