摘要： A method of decoding a polar coded signal includes determining channel reliabilities for a plurality of polar coded bit channels in a data communication system including a plurality of frozen bit channels and non-frozen bit channels, selecting a frozen bit channel, calculating a likelihood value for a bit estimate associated with the frozen bit channel, generating a hard decision value for the bit estimate in response to the likelihood value, comparing the hard decision value for the bit estimate to a known value of a frozen bit transmitted on the frozen bit channel, in response to determining that the hard decision value for the bit estimate differs from the known value of the frozen bit transmitted on the frozen bit channel, updating an accumulated uncertainty, comparing the accumulated uncertainty to a threshold, and determining that a decoding error has occurred in response to the comparison.

摘要： Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method and an apparatus for compensating for a voice packet loss, which are used to compensate for a lost voice packet. The method in the embodiments of the present invention includes: extracting a pitch period from received voice data when a lost frame is detected; calculating a backward phase of a last received frame of normal voice data; calculating a forward phase of the lost frame according to the backward phase; capturing, from the received data, data whose last frame is with a same phase as the forward phase, as compensation data.

In an embodiment the method includes receiving transmission data, dividing the received transmission data into K>1 data streams, where K is a positive integer, feeding each data stream into its associated parallel processing path so as to obtain K modulated data packets j=1, . . . , K from the parallel processing paths, wherein in each processing path the method further includes segmenting the data stream, encoding the segmented data stream with a first error detection code and modulating the error detection encoded segmented data stream so as to obtain a modulated data packet j comprising a plurality of modulated symbols. The method further includes multiplexing the K modulated data packets so that at least one modulated symbol of each modulated data packet j are placed in proximity to each other in time and/or frequency.

According to some embodiments, a signal receiving system may comprise an I/Q demodulator that demodulates a first modulated signal to an in-phase (“I”) signal and a quadrature (“Q”) signal, an I/Q signal adjustor that adaptively adjusts the Q signal to increase the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of a transitory signal that is based on a second modulated signal, and an I/Q modulator that modulates the I signal and the adjusted Q signal to the second modulated signal. To increase the SNR, the Q signal may be adjusted based on a calculated error determined for the transitory signal during demodulation by a demodulator downstream from the I/Q modulator.
