Abstract: A collection of data that is extremely large can be difficult to search and/or analyze. Relevance may be dramatically improved by automatically classifying queries and web pages in useful categories, and using these classification scores as relevance features. A thorough approach may require building a large number of classifiers, corresponding to the various types of information, activities, and products. Creation of classifiers and schematizers is provided on large data sets. Exercising the classifiers and schematizers on hundreds of millions of items may expose value that is inherent to the data by adding usable meta-data. Some aspects include active labeling exploration, automatic regularization and cold start, scaling with the number of items and the number of classifiers, active featuring, and segmentation and schematization.

Abstract: There is provided a reception apparatus including a first acquisition unit which acquires, preceding text format second signaling data to be transmitted in a lower-level layer than an IP layer in a hierarchy of a protocol of an IP transmission system and containing control information independent of a service identified by an IP address, binary format first signaling data containing a flag indicating whether the second signaling data exists in digital broadcast using the IP transmission system, a second acquisition unit which acquires the second signaling data on the basis of the first signaling data, and a control unit which controls operation of the units which perform various types of processing on the basis of the second signaling data. The present technology can be applied to, for example, a television receiver.

Abstract: According to an aspect, a transmitting device determines, for each of a plurality of transmissions, whether user data to be transmitted within a time transmission interval, TTT, will be closest in time to a DMRS transmitted before the user data or after the user data. If before the user data, all HARQ ACK/NACK data for the transmission is mapped to the earliest in time SC-FDMA symbol carrying user data in the transmission, and to pre-DFT symbols closest in time to the DMRS transmitted before the user data. If after the user data, all HARQ ACK/NACK data for the transmission is mapped to the last in time SC-FDMA symbol carrying user data in the transmission, and to pre-DFT symbols closest in time to the DMRS transmitted after the user data. SC-FDMA signals are formed from user data and control information for the transmission, based on the mapping.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method, apparatus and system for configuring control channels in a mobile communication network and a mobile station. In order to suggest another improved scheme for configuring control channels, in particular control channels related to the transmission of user data the invention suggests aligning the size of the control channel information of different formats to an equal number of coded control channel information bits and/or modulation symbols for each control channel. The control channels may comprise scheduling related control information. According to another aspect of the invention, the size of the control channel information is aligned by means of modulation and/or coding, however the control channel information is aligned to one out of a set of numbers of coded control channel information bits and/or modulation symbols for each control channel.

Abstract: A method, apparatus, and computer program for controlling allocation of control message fields in uplink transmission in a cellular telecommunication system are presented. Uplink control message fields are allocated to the resources of a physical uplink shared traffic channel according to an uplink transmission scheme selected for a user terminal. The control message fields are allocated so that transmission performance of the control messages is optimized for the selected uplink transmission scheme.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to methods and apparatuses of transmitting information and receiving information in a wireless communication system. In the method of transmitting information, the information comprises at least two of a reference signal and more than one radio resource control (RRC) message. The method comprises transmitting the at least two of the reference signal and the more than one RRC message by using a same time unit or at least two continuous time units, wherein the at least two of the reference signal and the more than one RRC message have a same time offset or different time offsets and have a same transmission periodicity or transmission periodicities which are different multiples of a predetermined periodicity. Thus, the interference to other systems or nodes can be limited, and the number of LBTs required for these signal transmissions can be reduced if they are transmitted on unlicensed spectrum.

Abstract: A two-stage signaling concept for a datastream to be transmitted from a transmitter to a receiver is proposed. At the transmitter side, a plurality of frame headers are generated, each frame header including data transmission parameters for payload data. A super-frame header for a super-frame is generated. The super-frame includes a plurality of frames, each frame including one of the frame headers and payload data. The super-frame header indicates a set of super-frame-constant frame header transmission parameters for the frame headers of the plurality of frames of the super-frame. A receiver evaluates the super-frame header of to obtain the super-frame-constant frame header transmission parameters, which are then used to evaluate the plurality of frame headers PLH to retrieve the data transmission parameters. The proposed concept provides added flexibility, less signaling overhead, and/or an option of improved receiver performance at low SNR levels.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for transmitting a response frame based on a type in a High Efficiency Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) (HEW). According to an aspect, a method for transmitting an uplink frame by a station (STA) to an access point (AP) in a WLAN may be provided. The method may include receiving, from the AP, a downlink frame including information related to a type of the uplink frame, the type of the uplink frame including a single-user (SU) type and a multiple-user (MU) type; and transmitting, to the AP, the uplink frame having a type determined based on the information related to the type of the uplink frame, wherein, when the type of the uplink frame corresponds to the MU type, the uplink frame is simultaneously transmitted by a plurality of STAs including the STA and at least one other STA.
