Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to methods, devices and computer readable media for communication. A terminal device receives, from a first network device, a conditional reconfiguration for a set of candidate cells, the conditional reconfiguration comprising information indicating that a subsequent conditional cell change is enabled for at least one candidate cell in the set of candidate cells. If a cell change or addition is performed based on the conditional reconfiguration, the terminal device maintains at least a portion of the conditional reconfiguration for use in the subsequent conditional cell change. In this way, a procedure of a subsequent conditional cell change may be enabled.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to methods, devices and computer readable media for communications. A method implemented at a terminal device comprises in response to switching to a second frequency part, determining a time duration for the terminal device to use a first reference signal received from a network device in a first frequency part as a Quasi Co-location (QCL) reference signal. The terminal device performs communication with the network device before the time duration ends based on a first set of properties obtained by measuring at least the first reference signal. The method also comprises obtaining, within the time duration, a second set of properties by measuring at least a second reference signal received from the network device in the second frequency part, the second reference signal and the first reference signal having a first identification. The method also comprises performing, after the time duration, communication in the second frequency part with the network device based on the second set of properties by using the second reference signal as the QCL reference signal.

Abstract: According to embodiments of the present disclosure, solutions on the transport block over multiple slots (TBoMS) are proposed. A terminal device receives a configuration from a network device. The configuration indicates that a transport block is transmitted over a first number of slots. The terminal device determines a start bit point of a circular buffer in a slot within the first number of slots based on a redundancy version start indication, an index of the slot and a predetermined factor. In this way, two parts of the CSI can be decoded independently and it can achieve improved performances.

In this way, proper beam failure detection can be processed.

If a first RV sequence determined based on the repetition number, the identity and the RV offset meets a condition, the terminal device does not apply the first RV sequence. In this way, it improves reliability.

In a method for communication, a terminal device receives a report configuration from a first network device providing a first cell. The report configuration indicates whether a successful handover report is to be generated for a handover of the terminal device from the first cell to a second cell of a second network device. Then, the terminal device applies the report configuration during performing of the handover. Through the embodiments of the present disclosure, the terminal device may be limited to reporting a successful handover report if the source network device considers the successful handover report as necessary, thereby saving the processing resources and communication resources for the potentially unnecessary successful handover reports.
