摘要: Systems and methods for calibrating a distance model and estimating a distance between one or more wireless devices, such as one or more Bluetooth or other types of wireless devices, for social distancing and contact tracing are described. The system includes at least one processor configured to determine an environmental fingerprint from an acoustic signal propagating within an environment, such as a room or another area. The environmental fingerprint may be compared to a database of predefined environmental fingerprints and one or more similar predefined environmental fingerprints identified. The predefined environmental fingerprints may be associated with one or more distance model parameters, which may be used to calibrate a distance model. In addition, the predefined environmental fingerprints may be associated with pretrained distance models. The calibrated or pretrained distance models may be used to process wireless signals in the environment to estimate the distance between users of wireless devices.

摘要: An electronic device may transmit a communication request to a base station having an indication of a number of its receive branches and an indication of whether the communication request is designated as an urgent service fulfillment. The base station may delay a denial of the communication request until receiving the indication of whether the communication request is designated as using the urgent service fulfillment to reduce a likelihood of prematurely rejecting the communication request. The base station may also handover the communication request to a base station that supports the urgent service fulfillment. The base station may also be barred from transferring the user equipment to a frequency layer preferred by the base station when the communication request of the user equipment is designated as an urgent service fulfillment.

摘要: Techniques for context-based display of content and alert based on distance on a multi-display system are described. For instance, the described techniques can be implemented to determine a device context based on one or more of a first instance of media content displayed on a first display device positioned at a first surface of a client device or an environment in which the client device is positioned. Based on the device context, the described techniques enable output of a second instance of media content via a second display device positioned at a second surface of the client device.

摘要: Embodiments of a User Equipment (UE) to support dual-connectivity with a Master Evolved Node-B (MeNB) and a Secondary eNB (SeNB) are disclosed herein. The UE may receive downlink traffic packets from the MeNB and from the SeNB as part of a split data radio bearer (DRB). At least a portion of control functionality for the split DRB may be performed at each of the MeNB and the SeNB. The UE may receive an uplink eNB indicator for an uplink eNB to which the UE is to transmit uplink traffic packets as part of the split DRB. Based at least partly on the uplink eNB indicator, the UE may transmit uplink traffic packets to the uplink eNB as part of the split DRB. The uplink eNB may be selected from a group that includes the MeNB and the SeNB.

摘要: A method may include sending, to a wireless device, a system information block (SIB) indicating that restricted local operator services (RLOS) are supported by a public land mobile network. The method may also include receiving, from the wireless device and after the sending of the SIB indicating support for the RLOS, a preamble. The method may further include sending, to the wireless device, a random access response to the preamble. The method may additionally include receiving, from the wireless device and after the random access response, at least one first radio resource control (RRC) message. The message may indicate that an RRC connection of the wireless device is for the RLOS and that an attach request of the wireless device is for the RLOS. The method may also include sending, to the wireless device, a second RRC message comprising an attach accept message indicating acceptance of the RLOS.
