Abstract: Hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) parameters for transmission of respective HARQ data units are determined. Determining HARQ parameters includes determining initial HARQ parameters, including an initial number of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbols that will be occupied by the HARQ data unit and an initial pre-coding padding factor corresponding to a boundary within a last OFDM symbol. Based at least in part on the initial pre-coding padding factor, it is determined whether the HARQ data unit will be misaligned with both a beginning of a first OFDM symbol occupied by the HARQ data unit and an end of a last OFDM symbol occupied by the HARQ data unit. When it is determined that the HARQ data unit will be misaligned, the initial pre-coding padding factor is adjusted to account for a reduced data tone OFDM symbol segment to be occupied by the HARQ data unit.

Abstract: A distributed radio frequency communication system includes a remote radio unit (RRU and a baseband unit (BBU) and facilitates communication between a wireless terminal and a core network. The RRU receives a radio frequency signal from a wireless terminal and convert the radio frequency signal to digital baseband samples using receiver circuitry and an analog-to-digital converter. The RRU then adaptively compresses the digital baseband samples, using adaptive compression circuitry, to create fronthaul uplink information, and sends the fronthaul uplink information over a fronthaul link to the BBU using an adaptive fronthaul protocol. The RRU also receives fronthaul downlink information over a fronthaul link from the BBU using an adaptive fronthaul protocol and generates frequency-domain samples, based on the fronthaul downlink information received. It then creates time-domain baseband samples from the frequency-domain samples and converts the time-domain baseband samples into a radio frequency signal to send to the wireless terminal.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide an uplink control information transmission method, a terminal device, and a network device. The method comprises: a terminal device determines multiple uplink control channel units for transmitting target uplink control information, the multiple uplink control channel units being located in a same target time unit in a time domain, and each of the multiple uplink control channel units capable of separately transmitting the uplink control information; and in the target time unit, the terminal device sends the target uplink control information to a network device by means of the multiple uplink control channel units. By means of the embodiments of the present invention, the flexibility of the uplink control information can be improved.

Abstract: Provided is a terminal device with which deterioration in hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) retransmission performance can be inhibited by continuing a downlink (DL) HARQ process for DL data before and after changing the uplink link-DL configuration. In this device, a decoder stores, in a retransmission buffer, DL data transmitted from a base station, and decodes the DL data, and a wireless transmitter transmits a response signal generated using a DL-data-error detection result. A soft buffer is partitioned into a plurality of regions for each retransmission process on the basis of the highest values among retransmission process numbers respectively stated in a plurality of configuration patterns which can be set in the terminal.

Abstract: Provided is a radio communication device which can make Acknowledgement (ACK) reception quality and Negative Acknowledgement (NACK) reception quality to be equal to each other. The device includes: a scrambling unit (214) which multiplies a response signal after modulated, by a scrambling code “1” or “e−j(π/2)” so as to rotate a constellation for each of response signals on a cyclic shift axis; a spread unit (215) which performs a primary spread of the response signal by using a Zero Auto Correlation (ZAC) sequence set by a control unit (209); and a spread unit (218) which performs a secondary spread of the response signal after subjected to the primary spread, by using a block-wise spread code sequence set by the control unit (209).

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A base station may transmit semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) messages to a set of user equipments (UEs) using respective resources corresponding to each UE. The base station may receive, from each of a subset of UEs from the set of UEs, a negative acknowledgement (NACK) message associated with the SPS messages. The base station may transmit a group downlink control message including information associated with a downlink resource configuration for retransmission of the respective SPS messages to the subset of UEs. The base station may retransmit SPS messages to each of the subset of UEs using the downlink resource configuration.

Abstract: An embodiment provides an operation method of a sidelink reception terminal in a wireless communication system, the method comprising the steps of: receiving a first physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH) and a second PSSCH by a sidelink reception terminal; and transmitting feedbacks for the first PSSCH and the second PSSCH through a first physical sidelink feedback channel (PSFCH) resource and a second PSFCH resource, respectively, by the sidelink reception terminal, wherein the first PSSCH and the second PSSCH are received in different slots, and a first PSFCH related to the first PSSCH and a second PSFCH related to the second PSSCH are transmitted through different frequency resources within an identical time resource area.

Abstract: There is provided a base station apparatus capable of transmitting a signal to a terminal apparatus and receiving an acknowledgement from the terminal apparatus.
